A policeman would not be sent out simply because a husband and wife simply disagreed over whether to have Chinese or Italian for dinner. I mean before a police officer is dispatched to a location, the operator collects details of the problem to ensure that the officer is not being sent out on a fool's errand. So by the time the officer lands in your home, they already checked the record on the home, the person making the complaint and the one the complaint is being made about to ascertain they have the records of these people on hand to provide any needed medication or simply need to relocate one of the involved out of the house to de-escalate.

It would have been better if it was a new video. Because it is an old video there will be a much deeper investigation and a review of multiple DV cases/calls that were handled by Nigerian police officers.

I think your concern is "you don't understand the language" and you strive hard to dissect the information. Now i understand why you must by all means link the message to a totally strange and unrelated context.
