Get a cotton bud. Remove some of that wool so that it can conveniently fit into your ear piece port. Soak the cotton bud with spirit. Put it in gently and clean. Roll it around. It will fix that issue. I helped a colleague do hers this week. Cheers

Do as advised, blow in hot air through the earpiece or insert and remove an earphone repeatedly up to like 6 times, or use cotton bud to wipe the earpiece port.

this issue is commonly associated with the sub board,if it is being disconnected from the main board and the issue is resolved then you should just replace the sub board.but first check is there is nothing blocking the earpiece port.
Moreover that phone should still be on warranty and from what I know,carlcare should be responsible unless you didn’t buy it new.

I took to them but they did smart one on it,and convert the phone to techno CD 6 but still issues are there. I will go make case on Monday

Pls I just bought camon 15, is less than a week but the issue is that is showing earpieces while there is none, is not allowing the phone to ring out or make calls without putting on speaker , not even wireless Bluetooth. I took to carlcare the don't even know what to do after doing factory reset and wiping out my data's without informing me or back up.

Pls I need advice on what to do. Can't the techo company change it for me.
