Pls I just bought camon 15, is less than a week but the issue is that is showing earpieces while there is none, is not allowing the phone to ring out or make calls without putting on speaker , not even wireless Bluetooth. I took to carlcare the don't even know what to do after doing factory reset and wiping out my data's without informing me or back up.

Pls I need advice on what to do. Can't the techo company change it for me.

How we solve this.

Is new phone, no water , no dirty , try using spirit and cotton bud no way.

A friend of mine had dsame issue on infinix S4 pro... It lasted for like two hours, d phone corrected itself after he restarted it like 5times... U may try to restart yours too... I hope it works!!

It's obviously a hardware issue. I will advise taking it to these phones engineers.

They might need to replace that mic part and with a suitable one.
