Pls I just bought camon 15, is less than a week but the issue is that is showing earpieces while there is none, is not allowing the phone to ring out or make calls without putting on speaker , not even wireless Bluetooth. I took to carlcare the don't even know what to do after doing factory reset and wiping out my data's without informing me or back up.

Pls I need advice on what to do. Can't the techo company change it for me.

How we solve this.

Is this peculiar with new camon 15?

Do as advised, blow in hot air through the earpiece or insert and remove an earphone repeatedly up to like 6 times, or use cotton bud to wipe the earpiece port.

Try plugging and unplugging a headphone into the port. Try a couple different ones. I think something is lodged in it, could be dirt.

If it doesn't work and all other suggestions don't I'd recommend returning it or taking it to carlcare for repairs or ask for a replacement device.

I experienced that that with my infinix note 5 . At a point it will stop and will happen again , it didn't fall , if u are experiencing this may be it's the update issue , but mine happens before I did the last update ,

Right now it's not happening again and I don't know why , d phone is normal now ,just br enjoying it with earpiece it will stop

Sip Air inside the earpiece port as if you want to bring something out into your mouth. A metal has glue to the earpiece sensor so this action will correct that

Try to put an earpiece in the jack and remove it whether it works

Gawd! People still buy this packaged trash in 2020? My hauwei is one year plus and working perfectly and i have added iphone to it... I cannot not wish even my enemy the best phone tecno has to offer....

That is not a problem to be worried about

Get a cotton bud. Remove some of that wool so that it can conveniently fit into your ear piece port. Soak the cotton bud with spirit. Put it in gently and clean. Roll it around. It will fix that issue. I helped a colleague do hers this week. Cheers

Your headphone jack might be having issues or is clogged up, try cleaning it up, the use your earpiece on it. If it continues, take it back to carlcare, the phone should still be on warranty

Same to happened to a friend Redmi Note 7, I guess he was caught up with a little rain but later come back to normal.
