It seems like you're in a difficult situation with your boss. Here's a breakdown of what might have led to this situation:

*Possible Misunderstandings

1. Misinterpretation of your intentions: Your boss might have misinterpreted your advice to the new employee as an attempt to undermine their authority or create problems.
2. Lack of trust: Your boss's reaction suggests that they might not trust you or your judgment, which could be due to past experiences or communication breakdowns.
3. Different management styles: Your boss's frugal approach to business might be clashing with your more practical or pragmatic approach.

What You Might Have Done Differently

1. Communicate more openly: You could have informed your boss about the discussion with the new employee and explained your reasoning.
2. Avoid being perceived as confrontational: Phrases like "don't even think of touching it" might have come across as confrontational or dismissive.
3. Offer alternative solutions: Instead of suggesting that the organization find someone to fix the machine, you could have offered to help find a cost-effective solution.

How to Address the Situation

1. Stay calm and professional: Respond to your boss's message calmly and professionally, avoiding defensiveness.
2. Explain your intentions: Clarify your reasoning behind advising the new employee and express your commitment to finding solutions that benefit the organization.
3. Seek a meeting or discussion: Request a meeting or discussion with your boss to clear the air, address concerns, and work towards a resolution.

Example Response:

"Dear [Boss's Name],

I'm surprised by your message and would like to clarify my intentions. My advice to the new employee was meant to ensure that we handle the situation carefully and avoid any potential risks. I understand that my approach might have been misinterpreted, and I apologize if my words came across as confrontational.

I'm committed to finding solutions that benefit the organization, and I'd like to discuss this further with you. Could we schedule a meeting to talk about the issue and work towards a resolution?

Best regards,
[Your Name]"

As a young CryptoCurrency TRADER (kindly note the word, TRADER), be SMART and not GREEDY, 10%-15% is a good PROFIT but if your fundamentals & Due Diligence are good, you can hold for as long as you wish.

For example,
Lets do the maths,

You are a trader you Invested =N=10,000 that's about $10 if you get $11 which is 10% don't be greedy take your profit

In addition, I have been learning and still learning, here are few I learnt

- The success or failure of a Crypto currency depends on your EMOTIONS.

- You are RESPONSIBLE for every trade in the market

- Plan a trade and trade a plan, don't ever follow the CROWD it ends in tears.

- Know your entry and exit plan & reason for such trade

- Do not make a decision or trade in the spur of the moment because your sense of judgement is beclouded.

- Impulsive trade are very dangerous.

- Have a limit to the amount you can risk in a trade i.e. avoid risking more than a certain percentage on your capital e.g. if you started out with $100, do not risk more than a certain percentage determined by YOU on a coin.

- Learn as much as you can, ask questions.

- Do not get GREEDY to trade.

- Design a trade system that will trade less often.

- Develop a method for analysing the market e.g if A should happen B should be in profit.

-Develop a money management plan e.g how much you will invest monthly, quarterly and annually.

- if you are not sure of a trade, air on the side of caution.

- Do not deal with exchanges with high fees, shop for the exchange with the lowest fee (Binance). Sign up with my link on my signature, we get free coins and $200

- Traders LOOSE because of lack of DISCIPLINE or IGNORANCE.

- MULTIPLE STREAMS of income is the key to your financial break-through (I shall share this as we proceed)

- The KEY to winning is not in your system or phone, it's in your head.

Finally, the weakest link of any Crypto currency business is the TRADER/ INVESTOR
Copied!
Happy Workers Day!❤️

4 Commandment of Trading CryptoCurrency

1. Be contented with your % profit do not have "... bnb will btc" spirit. You are on your way to liquidation my brother.

2. Be contented with what you have. A drop here today, another tomorrow take you to your target.

3. Plan your trades. Trade a plan. Stick to it!

4. Don't believe your $1k portfolio will yield 100% overnight. OYO will end your case.

Some of the biggest lessons learned in the corporate world-
1. Use your brain at work and emotions at home

2. Nobody is your friend at the workplace. Trust me!

3. If you can solve every problem of the management, they will always be by your side.

4. Never write/reply to any mail when you’re frustrated.

5. Your boss could be friendly, but at the end of the day, he is not your friend. Respect boundaries.

6. The relationship between Employer and employee is solely based on revenue.

7. Don't fear failure and rejection.

8. Follow up is the key to everything.

9. You'll meet some amazing people; learn from them.

10. Feed your subordinates with your maximum knowledge, encourage them, cheer them and eventually when they make breakthroughs, celebrate with them. The best thing you can give to a person is your knowledge.

11. Focus on developing and using your strengths.

12. Work until the work is done.

13. Learn how to change the situation, not the person.

14. Effective communication, negotiation and leadership skills are a must to learn as early in your life as possible.

15. You’ll find a colleague in every office who keeps bitching about everyone. Find that him/her at the earliest and stay a mile away

16. People are nice to you only when you are influential or they need you. Once the need or influence changes, so does their behavior.

17. Shit travels up. Never complain about your superiors to peers or staff.

18. In any company, everybody is a salesperson. If you are not selling anything, you are an expense.

19. Everyone is replaceable and you will eventually be replaced.

20. When you are the star performer, most mistakes are forgiven.

21. Stay out of comparisons, you are unique.

22. Human Resources is there to protect the company, not you.

23. You are never the smartest one in the room.

Wisdom no com get wisdom to manage business
Making financial loss in business is not optional but a must. Alot of people go into business and investments without considering the aspect of making loss. No business or investment promises you 100% profit Guarantee.

- In business and investment, I've understood that The higher the risk the higher the profit margin

Everyone talks about the profit but neglect to emphasise about the loss. There is an emotional stability you must possess to succeed in business or in investment. Always check the risk involved before you dive into the business
