I did not eat much during that time as against what others did. My body doesn't digest all things like that easily...... So most of the time, I only get to eat in the afternoon. Thay wasn't the case for others though, they ate as if they someone swore for them.

If your body digest milk or powdered food easily, then eat enough after gym. That depends on you and no matter what, eating food also contributes its quota.

You will not kill me with question. This is it, I used two in the first month(Two scoop each for morning and night) and like two in the second month.

At the bolded, twowill surely last you a month. You're mixing it with water not licking it. I said 10/days because I can't say how much it is inside the pack right now. It in fact remains small in the pack after the first month of my usage.

To your last question, I use it on and off so one was enough for a whole month. You too will get to a stage you'd temporary stop. So it will be enough. Did I answer your questions?

Consistent first two months. On and off 3 and 4th months..... The 4 months already set my body as the changes in my head, hands, chest and Laps and neck were really visible.

And yes, consistent usage of Mass gainer gives your teeth that milky white colour. That's another thing I noticed. Different from just bland white I had before.

I used 2 per month for the first two months before I turned it to 1 per month and later stopped after getting result.

You don't use kitchen spoon, you use salt/sugar spoon. That small one. Heaped scoop will last you more than 10 days. That was how I used mine and what I do recommend. It is not as small as you see it.

Do that for the first two months and then reduce it to 1 per month after that. That is enough to give you more than result you wished for. And please, I used " Mutant mass gainer".

If you have the money, get two....However make sure you exercise if you're to take it consistently because that thing really does it work big time. If you take it without exercise, trust me you will look like Biggie in three months but if you gym (lift weight or do press up) I swear your physique will be so good you'd start crushing on yourself.

You're expected to take one full serving per day with water. II took mine with water because I don't really like milk.

But for people that just want to add weight immediately, I always recommend two heaped scoop in the morning and two in the night.

Mass gainer comes with a little bit of cretin which gives extra strength and it comes with enough carbs for weight growth. So;

*one scoop before gym [don't worry, 50-100 press up is ok] to give you the necessary strength for the workout (the press up will burn it out anyways)
*One scoop post gym to restore the lost strength and to rebuild post gym

Same thing for the night.

With that you're assured of gaining mass all round the clock. From morning to night no matter how stressful your day goes. Your powder will soon finish though.
