If you know the story you won't give me this advise. I spent a month at the pyscharitic hospital two years ago because of a toxic and very manipulative wife who sadly I love. We have said this time and time again. Do not give birth to children you cannot take care of. Nigerians make it seem as if you’re impotent if you have 1 or two kids. Thank God the generation have learnt from their elders. We will no longer be seeing situations like this in 20 years.

This is why I don’t like any instruments being used in the uterus. Evacuation process is too much force on the uterus. It’s better to just allow the the blood to flow out naturally or take medication for the uterus to contract to get everything out. Some of the instruments they use are not sterile causing infections and complications. The uterus is so delicate, any small error and you will not be able to conceive.
