Why not take the letter to their office at the airport or make enquiry about where their office is in Lagos, then go there and enquire. Is safer and better that way than depending on people for such information. Airline policies and rules changes from time to time, so going to their boot at the airport to enquire is your best bet

If you have the morroco visa then you can proceed from Mauritania to morroco but if you don't then Mauritania is your last destination that's how far your port can take you except if you want to try the desert and believe me you don't even want to try it.

Some people might decide to by Mauritania and take the Mali to Algeria to Morroco route but I don't think the USA mexico border is as rough and tight as the border between Algeria and Morroco, don't risk your life.

Some people might decide to enter Senegal from Mali and enter Mauritania from the rosso border in Senegal, anything goes here. It's not strict like the other border.

If you're in Lagos just get to Cotonou, get a bus from Cotonou to bamako, then from bamako to Nouakchott.. easy as that.

Kigali is very expensive to live in. I was spending $100 which was around 82000 rwf then every 4 to 5days. Some times i spent more than that. I was living at Kanombe right opposite Kigali international airport. Worshiping at Winners chapel Church at Remera. Though the city is very expensive but very beautiful, clean and their weather is amongst the best in the whole world. I love Rwanda, I may still relocate over there if things continue the way it is in Nigeria now

There's motor park in Abonnema,. Take a bike from wherever you are and tell the bike rider to take you to Abonnema park. You will get a bus or taxi from there but the differences in both transport system is that buses takes you into the city of PH while the taxis disembark at Choba. So if you decide to take taxis you sure can find your way from Choba to wherever you are going to in PH but if you take the buses they will take you to either Ogbunabala Park or Waterline park. Tell me and I can tell you that all my uncles including my late dad were educated. My dad is late now and so some of my uncles, only the former perm sec is still alive and almost 90 if not more than. If my dad was alive he would be 102yrs this year and he was very very educated. Almost every body in my family beginning from my dad, uncles down to this present generation is educated. Education had been in my family for close to a century now. So wha are you talking about? I understand what you're saying, some Delta Igbos that grew up in Warri or Lagos do not accept to be addressed as Igbo despite bearing Igbo names and understanding Igbo language but I never conclude that every Delta Igbo do not proclaim their Igboness because the ratio of Delta Igbos avoiding the Igbo tags are just 1 out of 100.
