Nuclear weapon works with wind. It will definitely spread across the whole of Ukraine and even spread to Russia itself. Any nation that uses nuclear weapon will also be ready to pay the maximum price. Don't also forget that they are embassies of other countries there too. If nuclear particles spread to the embassy of USA in Ukraine for example, that means that USA has been attacked.
