Interesting.

Pressure on him has been enormous lately.

The guy and his team have been very poor.

The Canadian immigration policy was poorly planned and executed.

Their systems and infrastructure have been over stretched and can't contain the mass of people they have absorbed.

Housing, healthcare, feeding etc are about to get to crisis situation. He has to resign obviously.

From the picture of the facilities therein, if he mentioned 300 million (Naira), I may comprehend. . But $30 million?

What a joke of the decade.

Well, sorry for your loss Sir. May God help you advance quickly in future pursuits.

It's better to have more educated and skilled labour force than to have illiterates and unskilled labour force.

High illiteracy and unskilled labor force breeds insecurity, poverty, unproductivity, unemployment etc.

China is doing well. They can export their human resources.

Very true.

Why we have so much kidnappings, ritualists and terrorists on the roads now is due significantly to illiteracy.

A skilled mind will always want to find a way out often legitimately, or atleast outside of deadly crimes.

For a pastor that’s pushing for the total eradication of indigenous belief of the Yoruba traditional system to still have the presence of mind to dress in the Yoruba style says a lot.

Him and the American Christian system sponsoring him will fail as usual.

Keep deceiving yourself.

A man that is over 80 years in age and has given birth to more 1,000 churches in Yoruba land already.

*Not a failed vessel, but fulfilled his own purpose.

Please you people should stop ethnicizing Tinubu's government. It's not all Yoruba sons and daughters ing Tinubu's ambition. O am a Yoruba, I criticize his government when I need to and hail when he do well. No doubt the bad he has done overwhelmed the good so far.
Instead call out his party or his ers. That is, Tinubu's ers or APC's ers.

Thank you.

Oh dear. . They won't allow you to speak. . They are like many bees on this platform now. They will tag an Anambra or Nnewi name for you now. No objectivity in their heads. . Just blind tribal and religious bigots.

Shame.

The policy ended up bankrupting the masses instead. We can't wait for 2027 election to kick you out of the villa by the will of God.

And you think INEC will count your votes?

Was it your votes that brought him into power in the first place?

Tinubu and Goodluck Jonathan are very different people.

US subsidizes petrol. Last year, exxon mobil and other oil giants got 11 billion dollars in tax write offs. States like Alaska, outside subsidizing fuel, also gives its citizens welfare checks from oil sales.

I can understand the need for the removal of subsidy in Nigeria. When politicians have looted everywhere, funds for subsidy payments became endangered. Tinubu cut it off. Yet nothing got down about the Nigerian budget been padded by over 500 billion. Nothing has been done to cut down the cost if governance.

Nigeria can't subsidize fuel for her people but the savings from subsidy removal gets looted again by the elite in power.

You have brilliant points.

Just like you said, it's the re-looting thing that is the issue.

In Yoruba, they call it, "Ole gbe, Ole gba". Without proper focus on corruption, all these exercises are just absolute charade.

When you marry a virgin woman, doors open for you just as you're the first to enter her hole.
But when you marry a non virgin woman who has been fvcked and mounted by many men, doors close for you because the first man who fvcked her has collected all the blessings for his progress and she is left with only bad luck.
Marriage is more spiritual than you think.

Fvck any girl you want but when it comes to marriage, find a young virgin woman (18-23) and marry. Only her can guarantee you a happy lasting home which you can return to after work.

Finally, do not pay bride price, sponsor wedding ceremony and take care of inlaws just to have a woman who was fvcked in her best state (virgin) by any man with just two eggs and indomie. Only a fool would do that, are you the fool?

smiley shocked lol.

Bro, some of ur points may be vital. But marriage is deeper than just the virtue of virginity.

Yes, a lady fucking around wld carry many demons and ill-luck which wld affect her spouse (vice-versa).

But, the journey of marriage is long. Without proper character / spiritual / mentality training, even a virgin lady plus man, will mess up a marriage very heavily. I have many practical examples.

Life is not balanced. God is a giver of grace.

His ways are very different from our ways.

Confirms the fact that Yoruba generally lack morals. From gov dapo (credit card thief), to tinubu(drug lord), to afe babalola ( court judgement buyer), to saraki(savannah banker), to OBJ who sold refineries to transcorp that he owned, to this goat thief, to all the ritualist pretending to be imams and pastors

I think some of the scourge breakouts from China are deliberate. I believe some are from concoctions of their labs.

It was COVID-19 that destroyed global economies, and particularly Western economies. As those affected economies began to gain momentum, Russia started its own war with Ukraine. Leading to gas supply issues and further inflation.

China's economy began to expand and grow after the pandemic as against the Western worlds' economies.

Russia and China's presidents quickly formed a sharper alliance to break western hold and create a diversion in international trade.

I believe China and Russia knows what they are doing.

This sport should not be encouraged here in Nigeria. I like Kamaru, but I can't let my enemy partake in MMA.

It's too brutal and bloody. Those guys are like blood sucking vampires.

Some loose their eyes, break their necks, backbone and legs in the name of MMA.

Welcome to Neoliberalism. Service delivery from the Telcos is very poor yet they want to increase tariff to 100%. Apart from MTN which other Telco deserve this increase?

The MTN that you are claiming have been recording losses consistently for the past few quarters.

Fueling of the generators alone and staff busses. Electricity bills. .

I am an insider, so I know what's happening there. The tariff increase is overdue.

Let the govt finds way to mitigate costs for businesses, otherwise the end-consumers will continue to bear the weight of it.

Also, he spends lots of his time fighting people whereas, he is not different from them.

Corruption of the cabal in the NNPCL.

Subsidy removal removed the meat from the mouths of the cabal. During the subsidy, these people were just coming up with fictitious humongous figures for subsidy payment monthly. They were sharing free monies. Now, subsidy is removed and Dangote refinery is completed in time to be able to refine crude, which will mean it will be cost effective to refine with Dangote than going to a foreign country. Another blow for the cabal. Initially, they didn't want to give crude to Dangote.

Since the food has been removed from their mouths and it looks like it will be Dangote who will be benefitting from the turn of things, now, they have worked so hard to revive the refineries to make sure Dangote does not become a sole benefactor of the turn of things. Their action brings competition, which is a good thing, but why did they wait until now, why did they not revive the refineries when there was subsidy and they were exporting crude to be refined outside Nigeria?.
Simple answer is that, NNPCL are doing this now, not because they care about Nigerians. This is why although it is a laudable move to revive the refineries, it is also a vengeful action and reminds us that we don't matter to government.

PS: I don not Dangote either, who is a business man and sometimes has been known to employ monopoly to succeed.

For me, to be honest, I see Karma. Dangote too has held Nigeria down for many years via the under ground powers.

Well, I hope the Dangote refinery thrives.
Basicend: 11:30am On Jan 02
The refinery project will be the most challenging investment decision Dangote ever made.

About $19 billion outlay is not small money. With the way NNPCL is dribbling him up and down. . Hmm, it may take about 12 to 13 years to even break-even with that business. Not to talk of profiting from it.

That refinery is in a serious survival corner.

Dangote may have to significantly resort to importing crude, and exporting the refined products to international customers only. Although In that way, he will be incurring more refining cost due to higher sulphur content. Hence, the end-price may not be competitive within the Nigerian market.
Basicend: 10:46pm On Jan 01
The people destroying Nigeria majorly are these useless labour people and it's corrupt leadership.

And I think general citizens need to wake up and address their excesses, selfishness and foolishness.

They are the reason you and I are buying fuel at around N1,000 / ltr currently.

Just like the politicians, they are just fighting for their personal pockets. Not representing the masses.

Absolutely.

His mindset will change when he begins to enter into real abundance.

However, that is if he is able to cross that line.

Although, if realme can step up just a little bit more with quality components, they may be able to compete fully. They seem like the closest.

They usually match redmi in design and aesthetics.

So milking $3 million pounds of public funds is now celebrated as achievement? You were making sense until d corruption in you raised his ugly head. Kemi is right then.

If you checked my previous chats, u will see that am a huge anti-corruption purveyor.

However, after listening to many Kemi's comments, I observed her much arrogance and self-worth, esp. to Nigerians that are trying to reach out to her. So, I wonder, why is she so high-minded. Is it her money, education or intelligence? That's not the best for her.

**That's why I had to use that scenario. I hope she can change. AJ also rose to international prominence, but he carried everyone along seamlessly.

She is just as power-hungry, and manipulative as every other politician. They are all the same.
Basicend: 8:14am On Dec 31, 2024
@Kemi Badenoch, come here and learn humility, temperance and wisdom from a younger (great) Nigerian.

Currently AJ is worth £75 million plus. Yet so humble and thinks well before expressing.

Your heritage is you. It is part of your definition.

Kemi's current worth is £3 million plus. That's a fund ordinary Wike, as FCT minister can easily milk into his within 1 year.

So, what makes her see herself so above all the leaders of Nigeria? She feels she can't even communicate with them. The UK are seeing her errors.

God forbid Saudi companies.

Saudis have some very well organized and structured companies. Their welfare history is relatively good too, close to Dubai companies.

Saudi Aramco is the currently the biggest oil and gas company in the world. Larger than Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Shell etc.

Saudis and UAE guys are rich and plain. . I see a similar Etisalat scenerio playing out. Nigerian managers will outsmart them, and eat up most of the profits. It is Chinese, Indians, Lebanese, that fit us.
