Based on bolded above I believe supreme court or tribunal will discard one of Peter Obi's and Labour Party's prayers relating to this issue of Tinubu being indicted or convicted in the past because it happened over 20 years ago whereas the constitution sets a 10 years limit

This should be the case if he himself have acknowledge it or filled it when the form was given him. Like, any criminal record before? Don't forget one of the prayers is falsification of information/record provided. So, they might be coming from different angles

The best possible result for Obi from the day he got the Labour Party ticket was always a rerun of the elections. He didn't get 25% in 24 States. The tribunal cannot declare him winner of the election.

Contrary to the rumours spread on social media, nowhere in the entire electoral act mentions electronic transmission of results.

Obi knows he lost. His lawyers know he lost. Coming out to it his loss will make his ers pessimistic that he may ever win. His best hope is to push the narrative the INEC and the judiciary denied his mandate.

This is the weakest presidential election petition in Nigeria's history.
