Good afternoon all, please who has dealt with solar depot before, are they really a biz or individuals with an "I don't care attitude to customers"?

How can I make an order and not get a notification from the seller, not even an email; I called over the weekend and no one took calls nor bothered to return calls on resumption of duty, I still continued to call only to be told item is out of stock and they will issue a refund.
3days later their chat to ask for location that's already in the order form and when asked for update, a supposed "customer service representative" replies that am I asking questions cos she buzzed to ask for location? All these cos I brought biz to an entity?

Please is this their modus operandi or this is just a freak occurrence from the blues.

1. Business Development Manager/ Marketing Manager

Selection Process
• Graduate in marketing, business or a similar area with a minimum of 5 years trackable work experience in this field is required.
• Sales experience in business or a related area
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
• Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
• Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
• Prospective candidates should have at least a B.A, B.Sc. or HND from a reputable Institution

2. Lead, Solar System Engineer

Selection Process
• Engineering graduate “Electrical and Electronics Engineering” preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the solar-powered system in of sales and installation of solar inverter
• Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
• Prospective candidates must have a B.Sc or HND from a reputable Institution.
• Minimum of 5 years trackable work experience in the Renewable Energy Industry is required
