Guys please how do I overcome previous us and uk visa denials in my canadian application? My husband is applying for SOWP and his B1/B2 was denied this morning while UK was denied in 2012. No other travel history. Please I need advise

Use old portal for your application, you can't use the new ircc portal if you have a dependent.

Thank you both, please I wanted to submit an application for open work permit and study permit together for me and my spouse but when it was time to proceed it was only showing option for spouse of a person with H1B visa. This is not my case. Please do you know if my spouse needs to apply with a separate ?

Actually there's no problem with submitting your application without your , I am the sponsor of my spouse too and we didnt show any statement from her, we only showed her employment letter, reference letter from employer, study leave letter, and pay slip for 6 months. all you need is to show the source of the accumulated funds from your spouse and you'll be fine. my spouse application was approved few days ago. your spouse is actually a direct sponsor.

The problem is that I took a loan from my office for PoF but routed it through my husband’s company cz he needed it for his own PoF. The company then paid into his . I am worried that if I use my , it would show that its the same money going round.

If your child is American then you already know the process. You need one date. Fill your ds 160 then go to your portal and update the Info. If you encounter any challenges then go to the other group and ask questions. You will get a faster response.

Same way they said you don’t qualify for dropbox if you got your last visa outside nigeria but someone came here to say his Dropbox was renewed and his previous visa was from Ireland. It’s either they overlook some requirements intentionally or some people aren’t just lucky.

Just add the baby as a infant on lap. after you have paid for infant ticket, ask the airline to reassign your seat to bulkhead seat with baby bassinet, it is first come first serve & they are only 4 onboard.

If no bassinets seats are available or fully booked, request at check-in to block off the seat next you, if the flight is empty they will assist in getting you a row to yourself to be comfortable.
Top tip: only check in your infant car seat at the aircraft door, this ables you to take your car seat inside the aircraft if there is a seat available without you paying for a seat.

How much is your airline charging to add infant to your booking & which airline?

I believe you already have a stroller. Just buy on lap. They usually provide a bassinet. I've seen that on flights. You could call the airline to if they will provide bassinet.
