For UI, there are many departments you can apply for; however, I'll suggest MPH in Health Promotion and Education based on your first degree.

From my observation of everything you've written here and on your Fiverr page, your written English is very poor. Getting hired with such poorly written profile and gig description will be hard. However, you're lucky as you ain't in the writing niche.

I'm a biochemistry graduate (UI), just finished my youth service. Looking to come in for public health in UI. Was wondering if there's any advice you can give me.
Application requirements, deadline, tuition fees, other fees, recommended stream.. anything..

Let me just contribute a bit to this since I'm currently in the system.
Requirements: I think with a 2.2, you're good to go. However, a few departments request that you've a few years of experience and the competition might work against those with low grades.
Just visit the PG school website of UI and the brochure for those that are currently in session to have the ideas of the basic requirements.
Deadline: Deadline for application is usually about 2 months or so with additional weeks for late application.
Tuition fees: For MPH, Tuition fees differ based on the department. For the newly itted students, the least is 170+ while the highest is 230+. You'll also have to pay other fees which I think 50k should be able to take care of.
Recommended stream: There are so many good streams under MPH. The best thing is for you to the brochure and check out the courses on offer.

Personally, I've not used the buyer's request since last year as more than 90% of my orders are from return buyers.
I'll suggest you stay online every time; most buyers want quick responses when searching for sellers, so you'll do yourself lots of benefits when you stay online.
Furthermore, you should rank your gig with relevant keywords so that you can get orders directly from buyers. In addition, ensure your profile description and gig descriptions are clearly written in good English, especially when you are in the writing/translation niche.
These are my suggestions based on my personal experience.
