I did a paid call on Friday afternoon and was told a decision has been made on my visa application.

I ed my bank after the call, and they told me they've not been ed by UKVI.

Is it possible to make a decision on my application without confirming my bank statement?

I'm worried about this palava already.

It depends on the ECO and the need to scrutinise your application.They may or may not your work reference

If they do it will most likely be your company’s head office or HR

It's always best to say the truth even if you can't .

You can put an approximate date
(If you say 16years ago you are looking at 2007) and in the comments/reasons/details say you don't the exact reasons, the dates are approximates and not precise and don't have a copy of the refusal.

Also if you didn't have issues at that time that would have resulted in a ban then refusals are usually generic like not enough evidence to show hometies etc

If your Uni doesn't proceed in giving you CAS move to the next Uni

With immigration details, keep it clean and truthful as much as possible

In as much as you don't have the evidence to provide, the answer should be nope.
Ukvi will not access your questionnaire except the one provided through there ukvi portal, as such CAS is not a guarantee to visa success. Stay calm.

I'm answering a pre-cas questionnaire for a UK school.

They're asking if I have a visa refusal before.
I've one 16 years ago (Republic of Ireland). But the problem is that I don't know why or have any evidence of refusal. I can't even find the port used then.

What should I do?

According to what I heard, the problem is not with getting offers (I got 5 too). You may have issues when trying to get a visa. The visa officers may question your reason for applying for a second Master's degree.

When you're on PSW Visa, you can't bring in dependants. So you either bring them during your studies or when you get a sponsored employment (work visa)

I got an unconditional offer to study in the UK in January '23. I'm about to pay deposit fee but I've some concerns.

1. My port expires in May 2023 which is shorter than 6 months to the start of the programme. Can this affect my visa application?

2. I've 2 dependents, but due to some circumstances, they can't me now. Can they apply for and get dependent visas during my 2-year PSW visa?
Please, someone should help me with answers to these questions.

I went to Alliance Francaise towards the end of last year.
According to the receptionist, you'll pay 25k every month to attend the classes. You'll also buy some books before the beginning of each level (I think there are 3 or 4 levels).
If you're a beginner, I think you'll have to spend about 9 months on learning French. Then, spend extra 1 month or so to focus on the specific things you need for TCF or so.

2nd and 3rd are not going to court to contest the election, but APC and other sore losers want to be declared winners.
