Care to explain how it's supposedly 'their land'?😂 Just because a group migrated there and outnumbered the locals doesn't magically grant them ownership. The Jewish people were persecuted and became minority, that doesn't automatically erase presence at all. It was never Palestine land because Palestine was a British mandate, which means a colonial entity that never came into existence. What then are you crying about?🤷🏼
Need to counter you on this. Who told you the isrealis are the locals, the original owners of the land?
, from the bible you read, the isrealis migrated from Egypt and captured that land. Don't you know someone owned that land before isrealis migrated into it?
You can claim that God promised them the land, but God cannot appear to give evidence, and I am not sure that God took permission or even informed the original owners of his decision.
The actual indigenous people (the Israelites) don’t lose their claim just because they were a minority at one point. Numbers don’t rewrite history here, mate! 🤦🏼

For those already jubilating, this ruling might not amount to much, because:
1. Ekpa will respond with an appeal which can stall the extradition process.
2. Finnish law prohibits extradition of his citizen to countries outside the European Union or Nordic regions.
3. Lack of bilateral treaty agreement between Nigeria and Finland will spare the Finnish government fo any lawsuit if she decides to drop the extradition process.
IMHO the pathway to Ekpa's extradition still remains uncertain!
Story story. All the obstacles you mentioned were considered by the court . Ekpa is coming home. So you don't want your prime minister to return home ?

It's a demonic bill meant to erode cultural identity, and it will never sail. The proponent of this bill knows his intentions, and fortunately for us all, we know it too.
But then, equity must go hand un hand. Indigeneship must be included in the census data sheet. Because if lagos population is made up of only 20% indigenes, federal government should then be using the 20% in sharing formular of distributable revenue and quota system, not using the non indigenes to get higher quota and shares. That makes the non indigenes to be indigeneless or stateless, because they are not counted in their home states either.
This is the injustice that have to be corrected.

I beg to disagree with Dr G.A Fraeser.Tinubu's intent and purpose was to get hold of Rivers state which is very strategic and hope's to use Wike's structure and rigging machine for 2027 elections. So Fubara needs to give way but they may have miscalculated and by the reactions of Nigerians and very notable individuals,it is obvious they have made a political blunder.
Quoting the bible! in 2 samuel 15.13,'the Lord will turn the counsel of Ahithophel(the wicked),into foolishness'!
I disagree with you. You failed to acknowledge that Fubara was already being forced to give way legally before Tinubu intervened. He has been sent an impeachment notice and that was Best for Wike to continue with his machinery on the state.
Funara would have gone all the same. Now he is given a lifeline and wike is not in power either.
Fubara is the winner here

Use the remaining ones to help real poor people.

No Genco will produce without guarantee from
The Federal Government. This is because they have gas supplier agreements and those Gas suppliers won’t hear story (they can export the gas so have good alternatives if gencos don’t play ball). Genco’s like Geregu also have to pay for their gas in USD.
The FG covers the difference between what the Discos are able to charge (due to tariffs not being cost reflective) and what the Gencos supply. This is the electricity subsidy they talk about.
With the volume of profit the Gencos are declaring, is the FG paying for shortage in cost or the big appetite of the Gencos and discos?
At the end all these are covered with corruption, massive corruption. The money from Tarrif is actually enough

99.99% of Igbos hate Simon Ekpa and will be happy to hear that he has been killed by firing squad because he never meant well for Igbos, he was so foolish, so useless, insensitive, careless and so senseless.
I warning him personally on several occasions even via Twitter that his downfall and disgrace is near he brushed it aside and called me a nobody.
Let it be on record that Simon Ekpa was never at anytime working for the interest of Igbos or IPOB. IPOB is not a terrorist organization neither do they condone use of violence to agitate for Biafra nation and that is why all countries of the world recognize IPOB as a peaceful secessionist group seeking for the freedom of it's people via dialogue, lobbying and referendum.
Simon Ekpa was carried away by greed and foolishness, whatever he is getting now he so deserved it more.
If this is not a save face situation after using Simon Ekpa to cause so much havoc in Southeast, then I commend Tinubu's government on this one.
IPOB is unarmed peaceful organisation, so, what about ESN, IPOB is against it? Or it is unarmed too?

Thats the news we. heard.
Your own version is completely inaccurate. This is not the first time someone died in hotel. The high court judge, 3 appeal court judges, all ignored evidences before them and ruled based on public outcry. Guy, you are defending the wrong customer. By the way, why is Adedoyin's son on the run? Didn't even care to come save his father , being a star witness. He knows their hands are not clean.
You are simply trying to exploit some weaknesses in the criminal justice system to justify a culprit, a murder. Whatever his motive, so far there are sufficient evidence that he ordered the murder, only him, Adedoyin can tell is his motive, we may not know, but that should not exempt him from punishment

You have been listening to third party broadcasters who have a vested interest.
The alleged CCTV was never presented in court.
And assuming it was presented, it allegedly shows the men removing the body, not
the actual murder.
In fact, the first trial judge acknowleged the claim of the main suspect not
being present in the crime scene during the crime but he said that wasn't enough to exonerate him.
A lot of people are confusing media speculations and the actual evidence presented in court.
So why is the son on the run?

Oga, it has nothing to do with greed. LPP has no political backbone or structure, there has not been any attempt to build one. Whare the central figures that party should take directives from? Peter Obi is not interested in building any party, it is clear he and Otti are mercenaries, they haver were not party . It has been from crises to crises . Those that won election there last time did so on obedient popularity. Now, they are not sure of anything again, no rallying point.
It was funny when Obi's followers claimed that a party that managed to win just one governorship seat out of 36, couldn't even present candidates in half of the country won the presidential election. It was ludicrous and laughable

Difference with the biafra is that they are not conducting any fight. They are just making noise on social media and harassing their own people with guns. They don't even know they territory that they are asking for, no plan.
Biafrannuke:
Do you think there is no God? A war that cost the rebels tens of thousands of casualties and ended in a loss after years of fighting has now been won within a week costing them nothing.
The Jews fought for over 2000 years for an independent homeland to no avail but when the time was ripe, it took only hundreds of Zionist fighters to rout the entire Arab state actors and establish the Jewish state of Israel.
Biafra already fought a war with millions dead. When Biafra's time will come, which is soon, the key actors against its emergence will be confused as it will emerge miraculously.

First, which biafra are you seeking for its independence, biafra of just south east or biafra that includes the south south?
MadamVanessa:

Whether Simon Ekpa is there or not, Nnamdi Kanu is there or not, the fact is, the ideology of Biafra is indestructible; it has become an integral part of our collective consciousness and is here to stay. I must it that my own affinity for Biafra has grown exponentially, and I now dream of it every day. Unfortunately, the Nigerian government's ineptitude and insensitivity have only served to strengthen my resolve.
I was once a proud and patriotic Nigerian, but those sentiments have long since faded. I am now, and forever will be, a staunch er of Biafra. The day Biafra gains independence is the day I will return home permanently, eager to contribute my skills and experience to the development of our beloved nation, even if it means volunteering my services without expectation of payment.
