The news is pure bunkum and balderdash. Ekpa's extradition would be possible after the end of the Ukraine and Russia war. The Finnish government would not be stupid to extradite a Nigerian who is currently residing in Finland.

Lol I tot his people said his being used by the Govt....

So why's the same Govt using him trying to extradite him...

Truth is that Buhari ignored him. But it seems Tinubu wants to a message.

He felt being a European citizen with European family would grant him immunity. Nigeria is a powerful country, though some of the leaders are disappointing

For those already jubilating, this ruling might not amount to much, because:
1. Ekpa will respond with an appeal which can stall the extradition process.
2. Finnish law prohibits extradition of his citizen to countries outside the European Union or Nordic regions.
3. Lack of bilateral treaty agreement between Nigeria and Finland will spare the Finnish government of any lawsuit if she decides to drop the extradition process.

IMHO the pathway to Ekpa's extradition still remains long and uncertain!

I thought some social media lawyers were saying he can't be extradited because Nigeria and Finland do not have an extradition treaty?. Some ignorant people still think Federal Government looks like a joke. After God is Government.

Story story. All the obstacles you mentioned were considered by the court . Ekpa is coming home. So you don't want your prime minister to return home ?

This is actually true. There's still a long path ahead.

But this here is a sign that the extradition, after all, is very possible. Hopefully, the higher courts will follow suit. It's left for the lawyers to argue it out.

Let's continue to watch and see how events unfold.

My fingers remain crossed, and I'm highly praying that this criminal and terrorist will eventually come home to pay for his crimes.
