Someone should tell OP that irritability, mood swings, mild depression, crying for no apparent reason are so normal for a woman pre and post natal. You revelled in the fact that you parted with 300K for unplanned CS like you did her a huge favour or some money you gave to olosho. I almost presumed that you parted with 300k for unplanned CS for somebody else's wife giving birth to somebody else's child. Your plight also reeks of arrogance, giving the impression that your WIFE is less than you by claiming that you tamed her.

Treat that woman with utmost care and respect or continue drinking your "sorry" ass away. Ode

That's a male distressed jeans and for 6k? Grab it while you can because it's not everyday you will see these kind of designer (LV) jeans for that price. For me, the icing on the cake are those different shades of "V". You've got to love it grin Congrats in advance on your purchase.

Good dosage of sarcasm. You've got to love it grin

I'm far from "rich". Rich in quote because it's relative, but I'm the only financially stable person in the family. Although I don't get billed from siblings back home in Nigeria but I lend a helping hand when they need it. Even at that, I calculated the funds I've sent home to siblings and family as whole and it's running into millions in the space of a year. Only person with some sort of entitlement mentality is my pops. Just before christmas, I sent everyone money to share. I know the money will go a long way and I wanted everyone to have a good christmas. Pops had to tell me that I should add a few thousands to his share of the money. Shameful that I had to remind him that I also have a family to run - two "mini-me" to cater for. This is a man that had no financial hand in me being abroad, the man that mismanaged a fund I set up for a business project back home because I put him in charge of the logistics. (The only thing I thought he could do for me) The man that don't really care about his children's growth, education etc. I don't hate or despise him. He's just there and it's sad that I had to put him in his place. I guess majority of Nigerians abroad can relate to this or at least a variation of it to some extent. Because majority of us came from a struggling background.

I hope I would one day, be in the financial position to help one or two of my siblings out of the country, then I would consider my burdensome role fulfiled, as the eldest child.

"bloggers" this days in a bid to draw traffic. That picture so fake, watch the pixels closely, the actual picture and the background doesn't add up. Adesua's wonky legs are embedded in Banky's legs, very poor attempt at editing.

Looking at the size of that turtle, he/she won't be anything less than 60 years. Most probably it's a girl, reached her sexual maturity stage and probably swam ashore to lay eggs before she got in the hands of my countrymen that would pretty much eat anything. If anybody knows the farmer. I'll pay him 30k but first want to see a video of the turtle released back into its natural habitat.

A number of people have been killed after a 'serious incident' at Manchester Arena. Witnesses reported hearing several 'explosions' moments after a concert by Ariana Grande finished. The 'loud bangs' sparked mass panic, with concert-goers screaming as they ran for the exits. There has been a huge response from the emergency services and Greater Manchester Police confirmed there are 'a number of fatalities' as a result of the incident. The cause of the explosion is said to be nail bomb.

A suspected bomb went off at 10.35pm on Monday. People reported a huge bang as they left at the end of the performance by US singer Ariana Grande. Friends and family unable to get in touch with their loved ones in the chaos were posting their portraits on social media in a search for information. British Transport police said that the explosion happened in the foyer near the ticket office.

The arena said that the explosion happened just outside the venue “in a public space”. It added: “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims.” It would be the worst terrorist attack in the UK since the London attacks in 2005, which killed 52.

Train services from Manchester Victoria station, situated below the concert arena, were severely disrupted, with no trains able to leave or arrive.

Britain’s threat level from terrorism is at severe, which means an attack is likely. In 1995, a massive IRA bomb exploded in Manchester city centre. Because a warning was given, only one person was injured but several streets were devastated.

An eye witness, named Emma, told BBC Radio Manchester that the explosion shattered glass in the foyer. She, her husband and two teenage daughters managed to escape: “There were bodies everywhere. I really don’t know how we survived it.”

The Greater Manchester Police are treating the explosion that rocked Manchester Arena in the city in the north-west of England as a terrorist incident until proved otherwise, however, eye witness from inside the arena claimed the attack was carried out by a suicide bomber.

Catch the snake and release the beautiful thing back to the wild. It's not hard to do is it?
purpledandelion: 12:17pm On Nov 12, 2016
Detained boko haram key strategists were released as part of the negotiation deal, then some ransom as well. You need no terrorist expert to tell you what that means. Bubu and his cohorts must have forgotten their brain in the other room before making this decision. Scoring political point won't add an ounce to your credibility because you've got none whatsoever. Now gallant soldiers will bear the brunt of that silly mistake, they will be dumb not to declare mutiny against the Nigerian army.

Mr snake's advocate. please go and sit down. There is no snake under the sun that cannot or has not already been conquered by man. Even the deadly black mamba, who is "area fada" to the Gaboon Viper has been butchered for lunch over and over again.

Oh you eat black mambas too? I'd better watch my parrot around people like you undecided

You must be very lucky the poor snake was weighed down by what it swallowed. It would have sank its fangs into your calf and that would probably be it for you because of how deadly vipers venom are. Just a word of advice, next time you see a viper, mind your business and let the beautiful thing be. It wouldn't mind giving you a deadly kiss at the slightest provocation especially in the sun when snakes are hyperactive. Be warned these are not pythons

Seems pretty much that FIRS had these companies on fixed tax based on projected turnover rather than assessment, those figures are well questionable. You can't just slam my table with some bulked up figures of tax payment request and expect me to pay up. How are my earnings assessed? Because I own a company? So I should cough up how much again? 400 million naira in racked up tax? Kuku take the company, take the workers

Lol see format.

Leave our girls on Nairaland alone with this COME and MARRY format.

What is the difference between the girls in Nigeria and the UK?since the UK is an extention of Nigeria anyway.

And you think 1 month is enough to meet a girl, develop a relationship and then marry her?

Story is not adding up.

You want a Nigeria girl?then go to Nigeria in the UK to look for them. Nigeria in the UK is the South East part of London.

I lived there for almost 10 years, and I can authoritatively tell you that all the kinds of girls you want from your village, then some, is there.

Brother which lodge do you attend?
purpledandelion: 5:55pm On Oct 04, 2016
Utter bullocks undecided There's no type of Nigerian girl you won't find in the UK. I'll give you a tour around Manchester.

Village/local girls? Moston is your best shot (I wonder how some of them managed to sneak into the UK)
Average working class girls? Go to Gorton/Sale/Salford area
Independent and educated girls? Didsbury/Eccles and Outskirts like Bolton.

Stereotypical but true

Are one sets better than the other in of marriage? Maybe, maybe not.
Going to Nigeria to marry some Nigeria girl will set you back and in this day and age I don't get why some Nigerian guys have the urge to marry their counterparts. I've got about nine Nigerian friends, only one of them has got a black partner, she's not even Nigerian and no, none of them marry for visa. Time has gone past the days of "I want to go to Nigeria to find a wife"
