Iclass received her 3pcs Doogee D310 today. I have some very interesting news concerning warranty and how it concerns our esteemed pre order 2.0 clients. when I said if you have issues with warranty we 'll stand by you? Watch this space.

The issue of warranty is something most sellers stylishly avoid because of the financial implications but here we don't avoid it. I'll start with one resolved case. henryboyle ordered a pipo u7 from us but upon receipt, there was a manufacturer's defect. We promptly sent him a BRAND NEW unit as replacement. That's how it should be. You can buy from us with peace of mind. Whether it's a manufacturer's defect or you mistakenly damaged the device, we 'll stand by you.
