I'll start with one resolved case. henryboyle ordered a pipo u7 from us but upon receipt, there was a manufacturer's defect. We promptly sent him a BRAND NEW unit as replacement. That's how it should be. You can buy from us with peace of mind. Whether it's a manufacturer's defect or you mistakenly damaged the device, we 'll stand by you.
