i have the standard v2 at home stationed on my roof, but I’m a frequent traveler due to my job and sometimes it takes me to network dead zones so i needed a more portable that can fit the , hence the reason for the mini

but are u aware there is no roaming plan since u are always on the move

I bought the new starlink v3 kit after it became available after the preorder..it has arrived and I have set it up ..however it shows restricted..that the location is ed it in is far from the location I currently want to use ..but my current location is the location where I ordered it to use ..anybody experienced this as mine isn't browsing due to the restrictions

The Mini provides similar performance to the standard kit, the major difference is the size, the Mini is built to be portable and has its router inbuilt in the dish, so there's no need for external router when setting it up. Just connect the power cable to the power source, and you are good to go.

Quick question. The Kit in one of our factories in Nassarawa was activated with the business plan. Can I cancel that plan and subscribe to the residential plan? Because there is no option to change plan. Only cancel.

Only a transfer of ownership can get the kit out of business plan. For the kit to be eligible, it must have been purchased for at least 120days or 90days since the first activation, or whichever comes first.

If it's eligible, cancel and transfer ownership. If the option for transfer of ownership isn't there at the point of cancellation, Starlink, they'll assist.

Note that if the kit was purchased from a 3rd party, like Konga or Jumia, Starlink will require the receipt of purchase in order to assist.

So far it's been great, at least for the outdoor coverage. I got some signal, but not that strong at 256m. I'm still testing is though.
I plan to increase the height to see if I can get better strength.

Could take 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, 10 years or never. They'll only deliver to you wherever they open up capacity in Lagos and no one knows. Better don't buy
