AndroidAI: I started on Saturday. I do light weight with dumbbell; bicep curls, inclined dumbbell press, I also used a certain machine like that for my chest (forgot it’s name ). Todays supose to be for leg,but I can’t go cuz my whole body is in pain, severe pains. Yes I subscribe for a trainer and he said he’s going to make me start slow first ,then do some progressive load or whatever he called it |

irumole1975: Oh that's perfect. A trainer will help you a lot. 3 times a week intensive workout is enough. You can do it like Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. This will give your muscles time to heal. Why I like Saturday is because gym is often filled. I can make some new friends. I really love your spirit. I love people that wants to be better. I really wish you success in this journey. It's a journey, not a destination. Going to the gym is going to become a lifestyle, just like brushing your teeth. Once you get what you want, all you will be doing is maintaining it. By then you will reduce to 2 times a week. Once again, I wish you success. No pain, no gain!! |
