I’m pretty underweight. Weighing 37.6kg at age 34. This is embarrassing. So I take the courage to go to the gym and . The instructor told me I need to eat a lot. He said protein is very important. I a moniker pansophist here once said the same thing. Right now I’m about to cook my chicken since it’s a good source of protein but I don’t know how many calories that is there because they said I need over calorie around 2000cal

I'm embarking on the same journey next week i discovered that I'm becoming too skinny though my plans are doing physical fitness exercise everyday day secondly eat 3 time daily or more than then finally get some drugs to help build my weight

No be only to gain weight ,exercise or food that gives weight. First know your somatotype =Ecto,Meso and Endomorph before anything else [be it exercise or diet ]. Ecto = Hardly gain weight Meso = Can gain and lose weight easily, and is the body type with muscle even though they don't exercise. Endo = Gain weight quickly, but difficult to lose . irumole1975: Forget calories, just eat as much as your stomach can collect. And do things that will make you hungry always. I will recommend lifting weights. The heavier weight you lift, the hungrier you become. Don't run, or do intense aerobic and cardiovascular exercise, since they make you lose fat and muscles. But lifting heavy weights progressively. So it makes you eat alot. Also, hold no bars with indulging in comfort foods, so ice cream, nkwobi, pepper soup, bred and eggs aboki style, etc. 5 Likes |

This guy is 40kg at 20. How can you be 37kg at 33. Nawa o. You need to stay away from that gym for now. If you begin gym you will be losing calories so you can’t gain weight na. You need to consume lots of bread, hollandia yougurt, five alive, burger, fries, eba, semo, rice , Plenty meat. When you gain like 10kg begin to gym
