Your electrician should follow this step sir.
-Have 3 socket in each room apart from master Bedroom
-Master bedroom should have 4 socket
- TV point in each room
- Water heater in the bathrooms
-AC power outlet in all rooms
- 4nos reces light in each room
-He should also make provision for strip/rope light depending on your ceiling design.
- Let all your light be on solar inverter if you plan to have one. It will reduce the cost of electricity bills.
-Separate your raw power DB from Inverter DB. You can install single phase DB for inverter
- if all the appliances in the kitchen are going to be recess in the cabinet, let him provide a control switch for the socket

PLUMBING
Use correct pipe for your cold water supply and hot water supply line
- Let him use measuring tape and not couch/block during measurement to avoid wrong installation.
- Let him make provision for washing machine water supply pipe and also the drainage pipe.

Their wedding is planned for next year, but he needs to her visa as soon as possible as his visa will expire in 6 months.

Someone mentioned doing a proxy wedding from Nigeria and using the certificate for the dependent visa instead of going to Nigeria.

Good and very realistic rates, i don`t think it can be cheaper, you may only have some left overs from quoted quantity of Granite and sand.

Ordinarily the digging of the foundation will cost more than 70k. The pricing of all the items are reasonable.

For the water supply it will pay you in the long run if you dig a borehole right away although it cost more innitially instead of buying water.

From foundation to roofing step by step process on best practices and materials to use. I don't mind buying a book if there is one available. I am building my first house and I want to make sure I do everything right and not rely blindly on contractors.

Having 3 doors to the kitchen looks somehow to me, the switching might be a problem except you are ready for intermediate switch. .. Also, are you using cabinet as store? You need to create storage for the kitchen..

Thank you, I will block the age from the kitchen to the way for the master bedrooms. I initially had a store there but someone advised we remove the store so the kitchen is bigger and then we can use cabinets as storage.
