The nonsense you added at the end of your statement, is that also necessary as well?
I believe we are all adults here. Please let’s learn to dialogue without insults. It’s an essential communication skill.
Sorry about that... that shouldn't frustrate you though.

His comments are very valid.
If you have been active on this platform, you'd see what he has done for this community, even me personally more than those who have benefited immensely and then disappeared after PPR.
People just want to take, take and take without giving back.
I get.. It is personal. Ma binu.

Thank you for your response. Did that already but it copied other stuff in the profile. Just wanted to be sure that another letter is not coming from the Government of Alberta. I appreciate.

Please has anyone here been in this situation, received Alberta's NOI in the Express Entry profile but the letter is not able, you could only read it on screen, but the process requires one to send an email to Alberta to accept the NOI. Would there be another email that would contain the letter or how one go about this? Please your response would be appreciated. Thanks.

From the screenshot posted, HND is a three year advanced diploma course while BSc remains 4 years for most schools in the world. Even though we still have many fast track BSC programs. Please i will like to understand better how HND is higher than BSC. This is not about questioning your findings at all.
Well when it comes to Express Entry (Immigration) in Canada, HND gives you more points than Bsc because you evaluate 2 certificates (OND & HND). I get your points though but I am telling you what I know from personal experience. I have been in Canada for a while now if that gives you an idea.

Well, I don't know how legit those sources are, but I evaluated my HND with WES with gave me more points than my BSc.

I don't think the above is correct..about HND VS Advanced diploma
Note that HND Is equivalent to level 5 qualification or a equivalent to a second/2nd yeae of a bachelors degree program..below degree level...
While advanced diploma is equivalent to final year of a bachelors degree program at level 6 qualification
Conclusion HND level 5 is lesser than advanced diploma level 6 qualification
In Canada, HND is evaluated as higher than bachelors. Please Check.

After reading your story, I had to call my sister to check her email. Lo and Behold, her Document Request mail has been in her Spam mail since December 2020. Please what can she do? I'm so worried.
Please tell her to raise a web form and also send email to Accra VO with evidence that the mail was in the spam (a screenshot should suffice) and then engage in prayers. Divine favour is her portion.

Good evening Nairalanders, this is quite long but bear with me. Earlier this year (2021) I was referred to a page on IG that handles Canada study visa called “ Wokostravelofficial” . They apparently were into securing issions for interested people at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada and I secured their services. After making all payments to one Kinsley Onuchukwu GTB 0568656274 (handler of the Wokos page) and successfully securing the ission, we moved on to the visa application stage and this is where things started going sideways.
While waiting on this, I also applied to another Canadian institution (Niagara College, Canada) and was offered an acceptance to the Broadcasting program with a co-op work permit attached to it but decided to use the Manitoba ission for my study visa since it came before the other Niagara own and I had already began the study visa process but I planned to switch when i eventually got the study visa.
After providing all the required documents needed for visa application ( international port, my sponsors bank statement of 12M Naira and sponsorship letter, CAC documents, filling my family information form) to “ Wokos”, my application was submitted in early February 2021 and a week later I was invited to do biometrics screening which I did at the VFS center in Lekki.
Months ed and no from the embassy and every time I messaged this guy he always give me different excuses ( COVID, this , that) so I lockup. He refused to give me the details to my IRCC claiming he is handling many applications and cannot give the details to everyone so any messages or requests from IRCC that I receive on my email I would have to ask him before he even tells me what was going on and which documents they were requesting for ( NSE documents like IELTS and Mybankstatement)
Eventually after a 5 months wait, he eventually sent me the rejection mail on the 24th of June claiming my application was unsuccessful . I was devastated and asked him if I could immediately request for my GCMS note to know the real reason my application was rejected but he insisted that I would have to wait for at least two months before even applying for GCMS. I doubted it but I waited, a month later in late July, I asked again about applying for GCMS note but he still dismissed it so I took the incentive and made some research on how to apply myself and I did.
After a month and some days later, I received the GCMS today (3rd of September 2021) and I am shocked to find out that they used duplicated documents for my study visa applications that had already been used in several other applications and I was being accused of fraudulent documentation and misrepresentation and being hit with a 5 years ban from all Canada visa applications .
The annoying part alongside this is that this agent was given some time ( June to July) to inform me on the misrepresentation allegations and to challenge it if need be but he did not and if I had not applied for the GCMS note myself I wouldn’t even know that I had been banned for 5 years. Also because Canada, US and Australia share information and data base I have also been told that the chances of me getting a visa in those 3 countries are now slim to none.
I would appreciate any information and ideas on the important next steps I would need to take to possibly appeal this ban. 5 years no be joke ♂️. Please help a brother out
I know of an application that had agent issues like yours. The agent actually used a stolen credit card to pay visa fees. He refused to release details as well. I had to request for a GCMS notes on the person's behalf and that was how I got to know that the issues has gone to Collections already. What we did was to employ an immigration lawyer here in Canada to handle the situation. We are still on it though. And it is very expensive. When I spoke to the agent at collections, she confirmed to me that 90% of the fraudulent cases involving student visas that she had dealt with recently are from Nigeria. It was so sad to hear that. She also affirmed that many of the problem were caused by fake agents.

Hi everyone. Please does anyone understands the reason why a Visa processing centre is faster in processing F4 visas than the others? Is the visa processing centre for individual applications determined by the location of or the state the petitioner resides? Take for instance, Texas Visa Processing Centre is the fastest when it comes to F4 (11.5months) and are processing applications submitted in Sept 2020 now.
Thank you.

At the very least, this is lacks depth in thought. At best, it is a needless attempt at denigrating the valid emotions of others.
IRCC made people jump through stringent and elitist metrics to be chosen, collected processing fees from them, promised them timelines and reneged on that, keeping people in total darkness and uncertainty in their lives. Some applications are held as long as 30 months and you say they shouldn't complain or withdraw their applications. How is this even a wise thing to say?
But it is also foolish and unwise to condemn a country and process, and still want to benefit from them.

You should have preceded with this. You waited two years for CoPR but think people should not complain or hold Canada able. Because they are doing what you refused to do while you waited?
I get it that you are not happy about the delays. I am so sorry about that but may I tell you that COVID made it more difficult. Immigration processes were impacted not just in Canada. I was supposed to attend an event in the USA last month but there are delays with US embassies visa processing too. Most people work from home here and are not willing to take any COVID risk, so this slowed down the process as well.
You don't want to know what I did during mine. But my prayer is that, everything will not only get back to normal but with speed for everyone.

Thank you bro.
The pre arrival stuff, what is it really about? Is it compulsory to ?
I haven't taken any Jab of the vaccine yet, do u think that will cause a possible delay when PPR is finally out?
Pre-arrival programs are to help you settle in well when you come. I did that with CCIS before I got here. They link you up with resources that might be useful to you as a newcomer.
I would advice you get your jabs before coming because it is somehow being enforced now by the government and you may not be able to travel if you have not been vaccinated.

It is very positive that your PR has been approved and it may look like they are still reviewing when you check on the portal.
Congratulations anyways.

I have also lived in Nigeria , Scotland ans USA. It’s not about where you live or have lived . I followed up with the vaccine delivery and distribution (first and second batch) in 2020. That does not mean everyone will have confidence in the program, if you don’t have fine. It’s not about where you’ve lived . Living in Canada and Nigeria doesn’t mean you know everything. The people who handled the vaccine program in Nigeria ( chikwe of ncdc , enahire of fmoh , mamora of fmoh, faisal shuaib of primary health care agency, Sani aliyu formerly of naca ) were all trained and excelled in their careers in the both Nigeria , South Africa , USA and U.K.
I only wrote what I wrote to encourage some people who may have been skeptical about the vaccine program . At the end individuals will make their decisions .
You see where we are different from one another... I wasn't talking about individuals but referring to how the system is not working in Naija. But all the same, I wish you and everyone on this journey all the best of God. Peace.
