No travel history, it was a virgin port but the purpose of the visit was for an exam. So, I backed up with lots of documents.

I used 3 months for my visitors Visa last year and was granted and I know couple of other people who used the same thing.

I assume that blank space is the equator line where SpaceX cant place satellites

I replaced mine with the new one. The router comes with a new plug wire. You will also find that the old plug wire still works, it's only the router that got damaged.

Mine got burnt as well unfortunately.

No, there is no need any of the cables should still work as you may confirm. And the old plug will still work with the router perfectly, so I dont expect them to ship that except you complained it got burnt as well.

If you wont be needing the old cable since you got an extra, pleas elet me know as i have a friend in need of it

I did complain about the plug getting burnt as well.

Concerning the extra cable, I'm sorry I won't be able to give you as Starlink wants me to send the router and the old cable back

Good afternoon chiefs, I finally got a reply last weekend and they shipped the cable and also the router. The cable just got to me now and it's actually the one from dish to the router instead of the plug and the router hasn't shipped yet. Is there a need to replace the 75ft cable with the new one since the former wasn't damaged.
Can anyone confirm if the router will come in with the plug wire or should open the ticket to make my complaints.
