Update: I dont think there are any available locations nearby to me in Lagos State, so I used Mowe which is about 15km to me, and it instantly displayed the total due.

This happened to me before.

I first placed my order but it was showing full capacity that I have to wait. I chatted the customer care and they couldn't tell me when it would be available at my location. So I cancelled the order, placed another other but chose an available location closest to my place but used my home address. It got to me and I activated it without any issues.

Personally I am more confident dealing directly with starlink than any of their accredited partners be it jumia or konga.

One thing I noticed the speed is at its maximum in the early hrs of the morning but begins to drop as the nights gets closer

I ordered my Starlink from Jumia and I reside in Omoku/Rivers State where I'm making use of the device.
Prior to mounting the device, at ground level when I did my speed test I got about 79 Mbps after mounting the device on a pole I was expecting to get at least above 100Mbps to my utmost surprise the speed dropped to below 70 Mpbs.

Please gurus in the house I need your help on how to troubleshoot the problem

I think this has to do with your positioning,
Check for obstructions too.

The cable just got to me now and it's actually the one from dish to the router instead of the plug and the router hasn't shipped yet. Is there a need to replace the 75ft cable with the new one since the former wasn't damaged.
Can anyone confirm if the router will come in with the plug wire or should open the ticket to make my complaints.

I replaced mine with the new one. The router comes with a new plug wire. You will also find that the old plug wire still works, it's only the router that got damaged.

This is great, mine shipped today and is waiting for me at home.

Did they pack everything together or it came separately, I have 2 tracking numbers but only one package was delivered?
