Goodmorning to everyone here Please I want to know for someone who had no stock broking (no CHN or CSCS s) but saw the GTBank share sales and subscribed, how can such a person be in possession or own it if they eventually get allocated? Or would they even get allocated? My brother bought MTN shares like this around 2022 and up till now we don't really know how it went, how can he retrieve such? I think Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers was the stock broker I will appreciate your insights |

The last real GDP growth reported for Nigeria was 2.51%, below all the listed on that comparison chart and even below the indicated World average real growth of 2.9%. So, we are not yet there. But it is possible. ositadima1: |

No, we didn't fill the part II that dealt with destination or so ................. Then, for the submission, you can go a day or anytime before capturing date. If at all you want to submit on your capturing date, make it very early. I a guy came to submit his that same day of capturing and they so much vexed for him and got him delayed, especially since he is a DIYer. Emeraldfynest: |

I've collected my port at the Ibadan NIS centre and think I should share my experience too. Centre: Ibadan Date ed: Sept. 9th Date Captured: Nov. 7th (about 12 weeks) port Page and Year: 32 Pages and 5 years Cost: NGN 25k plus 1k gateway charges General experience: fair. Capturing experience I got there Friday the 4th (the working day before my capturing day, Nov 7th) to submit my file. They received it and asked that I should come back on d-day. I asked 'bout doing verification and others but they were vexed and changed it for me. So I left. When I went for capturing on Nov 7th, I went to the same office and collected my file which has been prepared by them. Content: Appointment slip, Registration slip, Guarantor form (filled and stamped with guarantor port attached), two port photographs, photocopy of guarantors ID (I used his NIN), my Age declaration affidavit, photocopy of my Origin Certificate and my NIN slip photocopy. Note: I went with the original of my NIN and Local Government origin certificate. All the processes were directed and information was provided on the steps. I went as early as 7 am and left around 4 pm to 5 pm. Advice: Go there early to do the necessary things but be prepared for a full day if you are DoingIY. But ensure you submit your documents before the capturing date for Ibadan, I said Ibadan coz I don't know about others. Ensure you do not have issues, that's where they might treat you unfairly. I I asked one officer 'bout the month I would get mine but he asked me to go and ask from the online I ed, that's cold. Collection Experience I went there around 9 am with the slip they gave me and met a 'crowd' but I left for other stuff. I came back around 2 pm. They'd come and collect the slips; they'd check and bring the ports if already produced or return the slips if otherwise; they'd call names of those whose ports were ready to follow them to the issuance room for thumb printing. So, it was when they came to call names that they collected other slips, mine included. They came and called me around past 3 pm and I went for the thumb printing and collected my port. So, I believe Ibadan is comparably fair based on reports from some centres. early to get an early capturing date. As of today (March 24th), the earliest date stated on the immigration website is May 29th for the Ibadan centre. Ibadan dey get customers o Shout out to everyone who has provided information and shared ideas and advice here. 4 Likes |

Congrats. What was the issue date, pls? You captured a few days before mine (Nov 7). I should check mine too Give us Ibadan collection story too if possible. dammywapes: |

Read 57 too. I do not have the figures to know the difference between the number of people that collected their PVC in the affected PUs and the new margin of victory for Oyetola. But I do believe that that must have been considered too |

1. Kindly visit port.immigration.gov.ng for your registration 2. Before online registration? You may not any document. Ensure you have your NIN and other details. Also, since payment is online, make your debit card ready with, at least, 26k in It 3. I don't know if that is acceptable. You may get an affidavit/age declaration and go with the two. Better still, an NPC birth certificate. 4. I think this depends on the NIS Centre. Some DIYers have reported a fair treatment here while others got cold reception. I personally was not happy with the response I got at Ibadan but if you have all necessities in place and put everything in order, you are good to go. Read this thread as far back as you can, there is sufficient information. Also, go there on the capturing date early and be prepared for a full day. Ask questions and be attentive to instructions. 5. Nah that period I no fit talk o. It depends on center as well. A few places do not much allow fast-tracking, so you'd expect, at least, a fair time for all. While others that allow fastrack would want to deal with their 'customers' first before DIYers. Generally, if you have enough time to wait, online and do it without wasting time - capturing dates are occupied for months ahead. Make sure you have all details entered correctly; avoid mistake as much as possible. Good luck Lifehappens 1 Like |

You mean guarantor form, right? Fill the relevant part and take it to court with your guarantor's port photograph attached. Depending on the court, you'd make payment and they will stamp and sign it for you. Then make photocopies. I used my lecturer as guarantor. They asked about the relationship during interview which I told them, and nothing happened. to also collect the photocopy of your guarantor's International port data page. Hi. I captured at NIS Ibadan too. I believe 3 copies are enough. Some might not be needed but just make it 3, you won't submit all. I submitted Court Declaration of Age (Affidavit) for birth certificate and they didn't complain (the court was is in a far away town, so they couldn't suspect fake document). My Origin certificate is from my Local Government of origin. azelab: |

Good day, Bro. I came to open file today. After submitting the files back to those front desk officers, I was asked to go and come back on capturing day. I told them that I was expecting further processes like checking and verification but they just bullish-ly asked me to go. Is that the normal thing? What do you think, pls? dammywapes: |

Thanks for the updates. My appointment date is Monday and I plan to go open file on Friday. My questions, is the NIN Slip of my guarantor compulsory because I didn't ask for it from my guarator. I didn't fill that part II and Iii Of the guarantor form, hope that won't affect too? dammywapes: 1 Like 1 Share |

fabem: Wow. Congrats. I had saved the older post earlier. That's too much stress and wahala. I ed and picked Ibadan too. DIY. Capture Date is Monday Nov 7. I planned to go sort my file the Thursay or Friday before that, do you think is good enough? I can't go there any other day though - due to distance Again, I will need the port number before the end of Jan 2023, do you think I could be possible before then, if I captured Nov 7. The person who helped you, does s/he do fast track? Thanks for the updates, again |

It has been explained here before: the north is yet to migrate to the new advance e-port type while the south has. So, the old one costs less than the later. Apparently, the north too will still migrate and the country will fully be on one page. Someone even opined that holders of those old type might be required to upgrade their ports There's no hidden agenda. Maximar: 5 Likes |
