All these uncessary documentation was slammed on us because of the past precedence our people created to visa officers to grant them visa by crook or whatever practise some "mumu" agents make up. Develop nation don't present this much documentation and their visa is issued at a higher rate. Even Indians dont present this much of a documentation, yet they are everywhere in Canada and the Canadians are already complaining about their influx.

I can't imagine applying for visa with a Canadian port to China or a country that is not viisa free entry to Canadian, one useless Visa Officer will ask me to present my land documents, notice of assessment of my tax, assets e.t.c It looks absurd and a cause for concern to a typical Canadian asking them for such documentation for visa to visit or study in your country, "Hello VO! its temporary visa I'm applying for, what the heck do you need those irrelevant documentation for.. Burst you VO and your damn country"

Even when you did everything you ought to do, Canada can still chose to deny you visa. Just pray for a good VO to handle your application. Some visa officer will just reject your application as if she is your ex. I have handled Canada visa for people and most often I see visa application being declined even after paying the whole school fees and stating clearly with evidence sources of income and you see another that just paid one semester fee without much ing documents getting approved. Visa officer is the problem. Some of them use their family problems to handle applications

After paying the whole school fees which is usually full tuition for a year, you still need to show fund for a year living which is $20,635 and it is not enough to show, you must provide sufficient proof to demonstrate the legitimacy through financial documents like business registration documents, tax clearance certificate, proof of sale or commission, deed of transfer, evidence of transaction for lump sum, assets owned and valuation, assets sold and proof of sale and transfer of ownership.

Documentation is where a lot of applicants fail, it is not just about presenting documents, you must present the right one for your own application not just copy and paste another person's own simply because they got approved.
