if u block some apps from usingdata on xmanager disable it, or go to xmanager > bandwith manager > network manager and allow all apps to use your data, tick all the apps

you can'nt open the back, look at the upper right side in the phone, u should c a small hole insert a pin that came with the phone inside the whole (check it inside the box) if lost use needle, it will pull out put ur sim nd pull it back. The one at the left is for memory card
