What's the best phone you would recommend on a 40k budget?

I bought the Note 4 pro some weeks ago and I noticed the sound quality when using earpiece is really poor. I used both the original earpiece and my superior quality headphone, the sound quality is still very poor compared to when using it on my old Note 2.
I have tried with all possible bass settings on the music player and the result is the same. What can I do?

It really seems like the pro variant is riddled with problems. Note 4 seems to be better and more reliable.
And to think that the pro variant is more expensive...

you can'nt open the back, look at the upper right side in the phone, u should c a small hole insert a pin that came with the phone inside the whole (check it inside the box) if lost use needle, it will pull out put ur sim nd pull it back.

yes I have seen it, according to them when you hold the power button for ten seconds it on by itself. how do I go about the fingerprint.
