Hello, my wife went to the embassy for her interview. She did not pay the verification fee and visa fee. However, she was told to go with her port that if they need it, they will call her to bring it. She tried to tell the lady that she does not need it so she could leave it with them but the lady did not collect it. Could there be any reason for this?

However, all the documents were collected from here including the questionnaire for the family reunion.
