DEAR NAIRALANDERS, AM THINKING OF BUYING A MERCEDES BENZ ML350 4MATIC BUT AM LITTLE CONFUSED HERE ON WHICH ONE TO GO FOR AND MY BUDGET IS FOR 07 OR 08 BUT MY PROBLEM NOW IS THAT, IS THERE ANY VISIBLE DIFFERENCE B/W 07 AND 08 MERCEDES BENZ ML30 4MATIC?

Please this is a plan of a house am building and am currently not in Nigeria to see how things are going.But the Engineer handling it gave me a quotation of 2M from Foundation to DPC ( German floor) he's labour and supervision is included on the amount..... He said materials will cost about 1.4M and while his labour and supervision will cost 600K making it a total sum of 2 M .... So what I want to know now is if the 600k for labour/supervision from just foundation to DPC ( German floor) is okay or is too much Please advice and suggestion needed.

Please Nairalanders, am building a storey building of 2 bedroom flat of 4 units and today i got a quation from my Engineer , Telling me that from Foundation to DPC that his labour/supervision cost is 600K .....Please Nairalander's is my first time of building ,so i want to know if this amount is high and also how much is it supposed to cost for Labour and supervision ?

Plz nairalanders, I seriously need u guys advice .....I have a plot of land in Owerri Imo state , which am planning to develop soon and it happened that I got this money which is upto 6 -7M....... My problem now is that I don't know if I should invest the money or start building with the money ?? Also what am planning to build is a storey building of 4 flats , So how far can 7 M go for the building ??

Plz my fellow Nairalanders, I need your urgent help and advise at the same time........I applied for a Turkish Visa for over 7 months and the Agent have been giving me promises to hold on, that everything is in order. But right now am so pissed and want my port back coz is upto 7 months since i applied. And also i want to know how possible is it for someone to get a 3 years TURKISH CABLE VISA from Nigeria to Turkey? Let me know if am not being fooled by this so called Agent.

Nairalanders, Plz I need ur advice....I am new to all this (I mean tis is my 1st tym of traveling out of d country) I just picked up my 3 months Visa to SA ysterday......(1).Am planning to stay more than 3 months in a SA buh some1 adviced me to stay only a month and come bck then go back again....Meaning I'll hv 2 buy another ticket, so I want to knw if is a gud advice? (2)I only hv only one frnd in SA and have heard allot that guys there do dissapoint sometyms ,wen d person arrive d ll switch off dia phone...So hw much can I go with incase such thing happens?
