No. What are the issues? (1) Senator Natasha Akpoti's seat was moved which was a routine matter. Instead of going to her seat, she started speaking from where she was not assigned. She was told she could not speak from there and she began throwing tantrums. She said her voice was being silenced by the senate president. At that point, she did not complain of sexual harassment. (2) She was on Arise News to say that the senate president held her hand while showing her around his mansion with her husband walking behind and saying to her: "you like?" When she said she liked, he then said they could be coming there for "quality time". He allegedly said this with her husband around. She said that later, she met Akpabio in his office over his reluctance to allow her bill to be read which led Akpabio to say that "I am the chief presiding officer of the senate, if you take care of me, I'd take care of you". What has now been established? (1) The senator obtained a court order to stop the probe of her outburst on the floor of the senate but submitted a petition on the sexual harassment which she wanted the senate to look into. Why did she not want her misbehavior to be treated but she wanted her petition to be looked into? Was the petition an afterthought as an instrument of self-preservation seeing that the rules were flouted? (2) She said her husband instructed she should not travel out with Akpabio; there are reports that she did travel with Akpabio for their parliamentary conferences. (3) There is still no case on the sexual assault filed in court. As we advised her, she'd not get fair hearing from the senate. So the best place was to file a petition in court. I am not sure Akpabio has immunity. (4) What informed making the accusations on Arise Television, creating a buzz and only submitting a petition to the senate afterwards? She played her cards in public and gave her colleagues the opportunity to prepare to ambush her. She did not even align with the rules of submitting a petition which indicates that she was not properly acquainted with the rules of the senate. What are now the expectations? (1) Let her go to court to submit a cross-petition on the sexual harassment matter as Mrs Akpabio has one running. I doubt if the senate will give her fair hearing. We want the sexual allegation to be investigated by a body without a dog in the fight. (2) Let the facts be stated: she was punished for breaching the senate rules. She did breach their rules. (3) It has nothing to do with being a woman. Abdul Ningi, Ali Ndume, Arthur Nzeribe, Ovie Omo-Agege and some others were suspended from the senate for bringing the senate to ridicule. Natasha Akpoti did bring the senate to ridicule by quarreling on the floor of the senate. Yes, we cannot tell her how to process her pains, but the senate had rules for her to make a report. She did not do this until she had done sufficient damage. In the house of representatives, Dino Melaye and some others were suspended for fighting in the house. Dino had brought a whistle and was blowing it in the house to disrupt proceedings before fighting erupted. (4) Atiku should not mine political capital from this. There are women in the senate. They have never been subjugated. If they were, how come past female senators have not publicly ed Natasha Akpoti? 65 Likes 5 Shares |

Obidients, The way it works is that everyone must not agree on the same thing. While many of you were still reeling from #EndSARS protests and not knowing where to go, Doyin Okupe was the first to throw his hat in the ring for Peter Obi. Using his own funds, he made several visits to several leaders like Ayo Adebanjo, who eventually ed Peter Obi. He was one of those who pushed for a special purpose vehicle when it was clear PDP was not interested in Peter Obi. When he was convicted of money laundering from the Dasukigate, he resigned as Director General of the Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Organization in order not to taint the campaign. After the elections, he itted the truth many of you have failed to it today. He itted that Obi lost fair and square. Obi himself knew that he lost, which was why he went to the tribunal to try to taint the winner of the election with alleged double nomination of the APC running mate (a matter that was settled by the Supreme Court on 26th May 2023), drug forfeiture (that the US Embassy said there was none), and sundry accusations. Obi never proved he won, he was just taking his mob on a merry go round and wasting everyone's time. Doyin Okupe wanted none of that. He was insulted, maligned and mocked. What many did not know was that he was already terminally ill while he ed Peter Obi. If he wanted money, he would not have ed Obi. He did not die because he stopped ing Obi. He died from complications of cancer. Those mocking him will also die when their time comes. I did not agree with Doyin Okupe, but you could see a man who was driven by his beliefs, almost to the point of fanaticism. Without him, Obi would not have received from many people who never saw him as a president material. To his credit, Doyin Okupe built the Peter Obi brand. No matter how much Doyin is hated and mocked in death, that is a fact of history that can never be erased. May his family find comfort and the fortitude to process this loss at this time. 59 Likes 1 Share |

Many years ago, a man was fond of boasting of his sexual prowess. He told the story of how he laid a woman and her mother. He had an accident that crippled him since then. Both events are unrelated. Apart from hum hum humph and sweating then having sense after releasing liquid that is barely 20 ml, what exactly is inside this sex that makes many abnormal to come to the public to boast about sharing a bed with a mother and daughter? 83 Likes 8 Shares |

Mrs Natasha Akpoti, as we advised you, the hammer has hit you. It was expected. Take the matter to court. We are still curious. Why was the case of sexual proposition not reported or documented by you when it happened? Using it to dodge suspension after undermining the senate is seen as an afterthought. Other videos have emerged showing that you were procedurally unaware of the rules of the senate. Did you not go through an orientation when you ed them? What was the point of always raising your voice as though you were speaking to your drivers when you spoke to the senate leadership? You needed to show respect to the seat even if a pig sat on it. As for Akpabio, how do you sit in judgement in a case against you? Couldn't Barau Jibrin have presided? Ojuntanasimp, they said she won't sleep with you. Take your simping elsewhere. 64 Likes |

amaridigital: What is kpekus? Does that name sound classy to you? She did not bleach her skin. The woman is mixed race: her father is Nigerian while her mother is from Ukraine. I get it that something that may play against her is her mixed heritage. Even at that, some of our men cannot take their eyes off light-skinned women. Also, Akpabio has been accused by another woman in 2020 for which he received a remarkable slap. In one of my last posts, I cautioned Akpabio to conduct himself properly around women to avoid scandals. |

She is walking alone in the midst of vipers and scorpions. The gang up against her is not something she can surmount. The mistake she made was that she should have obeyed that change of her seat and submit a petition on the floor of the senate. After going to Arise News to commence a media trial, she should have continued the media trial outside the senate. That mistake cannot be undone. By coming back to the senate to submit a petition, they'd do everything to embarrass her as we are seeing now. In fighting an establishment like the senate, there is a method which must be followed. (1) Know the rules to the letter (2) Build your network within and outside the senate. There are disgruntled senators against the leadership. Identify with them and carry them along with a deep commitment to secrecy. (3) Along with those you work with, NEVER disclose your war strategies. If that petition was submitted on the floor of the senate before blowing the matter open in the press, the element of surprise will catch the senate leadership unawares. (4) Considering that the remote cause of the petition was the fallout from the allocation of seats, people are now divided whether it is not an instrument of blackmail as an afterthought. In other words, they are asking why the matter was not reported since. Senator Natasha Akpoti, do not expect that you'd get fair hearing from the senate. You are seen as a traitor and someone who wants to single-handedly institute a coup in the senate. They'd sink you. They'd ostracize you. Expect it. You can't win this fight in their chambers. Look at it: how many of your female colleagues have openly ed you? Infact, they say you are too close to Akpabio and probably deserved the proposition. They are even pushing the narrative of character flaws. I'd advise you to prepare for what is to come. I wish you peace and hope you find closure in this madness. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Interesting. Those who protested for Akpabio and those protesting for Akpoti need to answer us. (1) How come they had time and money to print placards? (2) For the cardboards with inscriptions, why are they always in one handwriting? If Natasha disobeyed the internal rules in the senate regarding her sitting and speaking without recognition, let them punish her. If Akpabio victimized her because she denied him sexual favours, let them punish him. 64 Likes |

Akpabio, I'd reproduce the advice I gave to you here, but you hardly ever listen. I get it that you want to sample as many women as possible perhaps due to your insecurities. If that is your plan, learn how to go about it in a decent and respectable manner. A simple strategy is that you need to study the woman you want and be respectful to her. Learn the best way to approach them. Talk gently to them and make them see you as desirable, not deperate. Make them comfortable. In your position, have your boys and get them to do the groundwork. Get her to lunch and seduce her with sweet nothings and make a move to kiss her without toasting her. She'd melt if you break her defences. I give you that advise if you want to make womanizing your career, and if your own spouse is in of your philandering. As senate president, you are expected to conduct yourself impeccably and irably. Look at your predecessors: Ahmad Lawan, Bukola Saraki, David Mark, Anyim Pius Anyim, Chuba Okadigbo and Evans Enwerem. Who ever accused them of what you are accused of? The woman even accused you of propositioning her in her husband's presence. Are you so sick? emkz: 8 Likes 1 Share |

For the objective ones reading this ill-fated thread, not the bitter souls who have not come to with the trouncing they faced in the 2023 elections, this video was during the campaigns towards the 2023 elections. I think it was made around 2022. But because a peddler of falsehood wants to undermine Tinubu, he circulated the video as if it was recent. As president, there are specific persons we see around Tinubu. That includes his ADC and one of his DSS attache. The president does not go anywhere without them. In addition, presidential protocols will not allow anyone get so close to the president. Obidients, continue to peddle falsehood. It won't change the defeat that subsists on your messiah. 1 Like |

Good. It has become clear the reason for her attacks on Akpabio. There were women in the senate. Some second term senators. This one has not even spent two years and is already showing why she should not be there. The senate is not anyone's private enterprise. From additional information, Apkabio was guided by the rules. (1) As senate president, it is his responsibility to allocate seats to every senator. (2) He can change any senator's seat due to exigencies like defections or court-returned senators or by-elections. (3) In the past in this senate, the seats of troublesome senators were changed and they didn't complain. In Saraki's senate, they circulated videos that Apkabio complained over seat change. They didn't share the part of the video where the same Akpabio realized. (4) What had become clear is that some senators are gleefully unaware of standing rules. Their ambition and greed guide their conduct. We'd soon commission a story on how senators make money from chairmanship and hip of senate committees and contracts. Note that Akpabio had told an investigative committee that representatives were the ones benefitting from contracts when he was NDDC minister. So the fact that most NDDC projects are abandoned can be traced to our greedy politicians. (5) With the way this woman had behaved, how is she better than Ali Ndume who went to town to talk about tax bills he never read? I reproduce my opinion on this matter several days back. emkz: 18 Likes 1 Share |

Wasn't Awolowo in prison during this coup? How did he plan it? We must at some point find healing and reconciliation in order to move forward. Was there a 1966 coup? Was there a civil war? Were people killed? This was 1966, almost 60 years ago. We are still trading blames and living in mutual distrust. Has this distrust helped us progress? Dear Igbos, Yorubas and Hausas: why don't you see yourselves as human beings? Yes, there were ambitious people in the past who played ethnic games. Were they better for it? Do you have to fight such needless wars? I am not from any of the three major tribes. But you can do better in depropagation of poison. |

El Rufai. You have fought the following persons throughout your career in public service: (1) Ibrahim Mantu whom you accused of soliciting a bribe to confirm you minister. (2) Jonathan Zwingina whom you traded such accusation. These men did not quite clean their reputation before they died. I am not sure you supplied evidence to back up your claim. (3) Atiku Abubakar whom you thoroughly insulted in your book. You accused Atiku of brazen corruption and trying to influence the sale of government assets to cronies. You devalued Atiku to the point that it seemed as if you had a personal axe to grind with him. This same Atiku was your benefactor as he recommended you to Obasanjo. Now that you said Atiku needs more credit for Obasanjo's economic reforms, do you still believe in what you wrote in your ill-fated book? If you do, why should we trust your sudden volte-face? As for Atiku, I wrote a list of people you should avoid. Add El Rufai to that list. (4) You made comments undermining Buhari when you referred to him as "Pa Buhari", urging him not to contest. You also said you'd help someone in Lagos dismantle a godfather. You turned out to try to be a major beneficiary of those two candidates. You rode on Buhari's back to become Kaduna governor. You wanted to make yourself a de facto vice president but was urged to face your responsibility in KD. (5) Despite being in Obasanjo's kitchen cabinet along with Nuhu Ribadu, Oby Ezekwesili and FFK, Obasanjo did not find you worthy to confide in you his plans to anoint Yar'adua as his successor. You probably reasoned he'd go with you. If he didn't trust you, it tells something about what he felt about you. (6) You spoke negatively against Yar'adua and went on exile. What did Yar'adua ever do to you? (7) You have the ambition to become president. There is nothing wrong with that. However, go about it with wisdom. Build alliances with people and get them to trust you. Look back to Nigeria since 1960: most of those who became prime minister or head of state or president were hardly controversial. No president ever left office and Nigerians wished he stayed one day longer. Most of them either died there or left in disgrace or were forced out. We can count on our fingertips those who left on a clean slate. Why is this relevant? You have not even become president but you are courting needless controversies. Who'd trust you to manage that position? Please stop fighting and be consistent in your views so that people can trust your leanings. 101 Likes 9 Shares |

What exactly is APC promising these people? It seems many are now aligning for 2027. Even the most vociferous critics of the APC pre-2023 have gone mute. Most of Atiku's ers I advised him to avoid are eerily silent. Many of them don't want to get on the wrong side of history. I think the opposition needs to be vibrant for checks and balances. I don't decamping and decamping. It messes up the political system. 2 Likes |

How wicked can people be? I saw another story that they sold fake Postinor 2 and contraceptives manufactured in India. Recently, someone went to a market to ask that the market be reopened after a section of it was found to be a hub for fake drugs. Fake drugs have killed many of our people. Fake drips, fake ARV drugs, fake contraceptives and now, expired condoms. Some crimes need to carry summary death sentence. Anyone selling fake or expired drugs or preventive goods should be held for attempted mass murder. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

After seeing the video exchange, it was clear that Mrs Natasha Uduaghan was at fault. They re-allocated her seat based on defections from LP and PDP. Why couldn't she just obey the re-allocation? The rules were read, and she was told she couldn't be recognized where she sat. The part Akpabio messed up was instructing the sergeant at arms to throw her out. He had no right to do that. Then began the accusations that Akpabio had been trying to silence her and she'd be a voice of the Nigerian women. Nigerian women do not conduct themselves like classless people. Both Akpabio and Natasha messed up. A general advise to the women in the senate. We have heard cases of some of you slapping colleagues, threatening ministers and acting as if you are over-compensating as though you deserve to be there. You do not need all these. Focus on the job and conduct yourselves with maturity. How come we do not hear of such controversies in the lower chamber? The woman who fought during Patricia Etteh's time: what ever became of her? We were here when a woman almost fraudulently got herself announced as the winner of an election. Your presence in politics should be a breath of fresh air as women of yore: Queen Amina of Zaria, Moremi, Margaret Ekpo, Dora Akunyili, and so many others who distinguished themselves. As for Akpabio, it is time you start conducting yourself decently around women. As Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Joy Nunieh said in an interview with Arise News that she deposited a dirty slap on your cheek when you made es at her. They also accused you of being around the girl who did a cookathon. Now Natasha is making silly comments that would make them beam a searchlight on you. Perhaps, have like three matured senators who you can lean on to guide you when matters like this come up. The best thing could have been to ignore Natasha. That way, she'd lose credibility to get sympathy. 66 Likes 5 Shares |

What do they want the US to do? Is Professor Usman a US citizen? Anyway, there was a petition against him and a recommended his suspension. The minister for health under Buhari, Professor Isaac Adewole, suspended him. He undermined the supervising minister and took a retinue of policemen to gain access to his office. That action pushed Buhari to dismiss him. After his dismissal, he became a fierce critic of Buhari. He extended it to Tinubu. His criticisms are well thought-out and rounded. He even sometimes criticizes his own people in the north. Despite these, there are allegations against him. It is only fair that he has his day in court. This matter doesn't concern the US or needs a diplomatic solution because what he was arrested for is local, not diplomatic. 39 Likes 2 Shares |

From where? Is it Kenneth Okonkwo who was vociferous in condemning other parties in of Peter Obi and used the same vehemence to now condemn Peter Obi? Is it Hilda Dokubo Mbrakpo who publicly rejected an Obidient coordinator job on the grounds that she was not consulted and would rather work for the party? Is it Obidient nairalanders who threaten people with death who do not share their ideology? Is it the rudderless mob who had no idea of using their social media to even do a digital collation of election results? Is it their treasurer who could not properly for how diaspora funds were spent? Is it the general poor financial management where they spent more money on post-election litigation than on the election itself? Is it still the arrowhead of the incendiary mob, who suddenly has the midas touch for a new Nigeria that he could not initiate for a new Anambra when he held the helm? Is it him who says criminals should not be punished? Nigeria is rising. The plague that almost ruined this nation because of the delusion of the mob was curtailed. Very well. All those lawmakers who demanded bribes should be aware of one thing: If the lid is not blown, you may get away with it. But once the lid is blown open, you are scarred for life. Recall a shining star in Kano who ruined his political career by collecting bribes to cover up a subsidy probe? the senators who collected bribes from a former minister of education to pad his budget? Always that ill-gotten money will finish. You either spend it completely, or you die and leave it behind. But a scarred name is eternal. Whenever your name is mentioned, it would be associated with graft. As for this Binance guy, I have only one question for him: why didn't he expose these while he was in custody? Has he been healed of his leg pain then? All of them are corrupt. As for those asking how he could have exposed them: he had access to his lawyers, visitors and his Binance colleagues. It is not too hard to understand. 123 Likes 4 Shares |
