Inviting you and your daughter?
Capital RED FLAG!
What happen to her mother? Mother in law?
If at the invita would fly , it has to be an elderly person (one).
Not claiming mother and child are coming to help.
Her Father and mother could fly, not two relatives.

Our mum is late, that's why. My daughter is coming with me for visiting.

Hello house, Please I have a question to ask. My sister lives in and she is pregnant and will be due in January, so she is inviting me and my 6 year old daughter to come and assist her for a month. However, my husband and I only married traditionally and have no formal marriage certificate, and part of the requirement for checklist is to provide a marriage certificate "if applicable". Does this really matter, and will my daughter's birth certificate suffice for it since her father's name is on her birth certificate? Please, your opinion will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello and warm greetings house!

I am considering to study in but I have been held back by my low grade ( I graduated with a third class- 2.25) and i know it will not be considered for a masters, but can i be considered for a bachelors? Also, onsidering my age (I am in my mid -thirties) will that be accepted? Please house, can anyone advise me on what to do?

Also, I am acquiring Data Analysis skills which I am confident to work as a junior data analyst. If, I can not be accepted with all these 'drawbacks can i apply for a job from Nigeria? Heard IT is big over there.

Your advise will be well appreciated. Thank you.

It takes one month to get it sent. What stage is yours?[/quote

I have paid, I am just waiting for the transcript to be sent so I can be given an unconditional offer from my school.

Hello House, please I really need your advise on this. I applied for my soft copy transcript from Unilag since September, last month to be sent to the school I applied and it hasn't been sent. I keep emailing them still no tangible response. Please, has anyone who applied recently been able to get their transcript? And how long did it take? I am already losing my mind here. Please help!

Hello house, is it wise to go for a one year Msc without placement (cos of cost) and still get a job after school in line with what one studied and also the 2 year graduate visa? Please educate me.

Hi everyone, please who applied and has received their soft cooy transcript from unilag? How long did it take to receive it? I applied on the 28th of September and I am yet to receive it. The school I applied for is asking for my transcript and I have been given 10 days to provide it or forfeit the conditional offer.

I requested for a student copy and I wasn't given because they haven't started student copy for my set 2012
mykohayz:

Very simple, just log on to your student portal and your student transcript from there and make use of it to apply to as many schools you wish but you'll need to make a payment of N1k for you to be able to perform that operation...By the way, your bank card is sufficient enough to pull the transaction.

However, once you have been made a conditional/unconditional offer of a preferred school of your choice, you might have to apply for the official transcript on request from the records unit in the section of the sch...you'll be issued a pyt advice of N13k for the soft copy(email) to be paid to the bank then take it back to the unit with an instruction letter for it to be processed. All the best.

Cheers!

Thanks @jaylo79. Will try it and when you mean sending them the link, what link do you mean?
Jaylo79:

Check the schools application page you want to apply to… a random document and see if you can it back or view atleast. If it’s possible, give that school link to Unilag, when they your transcript there, then you can go and it and have it for yourself.
Ejay88: 6:57pm On Sep 27, 2021
Hello everyone, this question is for the unilag graduates. Please how did you send your transcripts to schools you apply to, because I am applying to several schools and it is now mandatory for Unilag to send it to the school you are applying to ,and it costs a lot. Please advise. Thanks.

MizTyna:

I have a third class, and I got several offers. As long as you have work experience and a nice personal statement, you'll get lots of offers. You can try the following schools, they all gave me issions, even straight unconditional offers from some.

UWE, Bristol
UWS, Paisley (I chose them)
University of Bedfordshire
University of Hertfordshire
Glasgow Caledonian University
University of South Wales
Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen
Roehampton University
Edinburgh Napier University
Birmingham City University

Thank you @Miztyna. I have a bit of work experience, but, i stopped working about 3 years ago because i put to bed. Will the gap affect my chances? And, what course did you apply for? Please, i would love a reply from you. Thanks again.

[quote author=CheesyTee post=104708687]It depends on the course you’re applying for. Try University of the West of Scotland.

Good day to Nairalanders

I would need your advice on how I can study in . I have gone through the daad website and I would like to study international relations for a second B.sc but I have two serious questions. 1. My B.sc is Educational istration where I had a third class. 2. I am married with a child of 1 year old. Will I be accepted with my grade to study and if yes, can I be allowed to travel with my child to school in ?

Please, I need answers. Thank you all.
