Use the name that will appear on your port. Get affidavits to back things up where it's necessary.

Check the schools application page you want to apply to… a random document and see if you can it back or view atleast. If it’s possible, give that school link to Unilag, when they your transcript there, then you can go and it and have it for yourself.

Yes, it is confirmed on this thread that you can pay your IHS and Visa fee with the Barter App by Flutterwave.
