And what better place to spend it than the police cell!  Now that 'am seriously thinking about it, the Police alone cannot do the work. Go all the way, include the whole Armed forces, Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps to block all access, just to make assurances doubly sure!. They must have been living somewhere, they must have been seen together, have friends, neighbors are bound to recognize your cousin from her photograph and might offer useful information in relation to the identity of the young man.
