I had a similar experience some months back.

Have you filed for dispute? If you haven't, wait till about 7days after the 75/90 days expiration and open your dispute. Ensure you add at least 3 tracking pages from different sites as evidence. You may be lucky this time around.

Just know that ordering phone from AliExpress is a bargain, chances that the phone will never get to you is very high especially if it's a Xiaomi device

Hello everyone in the house , I bought a phone on aliexpress since August 2020 when I tracked it around November it was in transit, so after my protection time ran out I opened dispute, but aliexpress said was invalid, then opened appeal they told me the item is in Nigeria already.
Please is any one going facing this issue?
