Have you gotten ission? If you just applied, then you have to wait for decisions from the ission committee.

For instance, there are schools that have Fall 2023 ission deadline as December 2022. So, even if you apply in September or December, you will get decision around February or March.

It's when you are accepted that i20 would be issued.
