Okay, this is crazy. I was with my friend yesterday and he told me a very shocking true life story.
A particular Yahoo boy went to plus up his Yahoo. Babalawo tell am say make him sleep with 25 women for the whole thing to be successful.
“I will advice you to sleep with 50 ladies at least, because many of these women have been used.”, the babalawo said.

This guy went to book a lodge & stayed there for about 2 months. All he was doing was sleeping with different women.

I started on Saturday. I do light weight with dumbbell; bicep curls, inclined dumbbell press, I also used a certain machine like that for my chest (forgot it’s name ). Todays supose to be for leg,but I can’t go cuz my whole body is in pain, severe pains.

Oh that's perfect. A trainer will help you a lot. 3 times a week intensive workout is enough. You can do it like Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. This will give your muscles time to heal.

Why I like Saturday is because gym is often filled. I can make some new friends. I really love your spirit. I love people that wants to be better. I really wish you success in this journey.

It's a journey, not a destination. Going to the gym is going to become a lifestyle, just like brushing your teeth.

Once you get what you want, all you will be doing is maintaining it. By then you will reduce to 2 times a week. Once again, I wish you success. No pain, no gain!!

Calling me names online is not fair please. For the past 2-3months, i attended church once which was a thanks giving this last sunday. My little kiosk use to get patronage mostly on sundays so i dont go to church regulary.
