The additional N350,000 added to the rent is likely to be for Agency, Agreement and refundable deposit.
Now that he has given them his house without agreement and caution, hope he will not complain if something is damaged tomorrow? Secondly, whenever there is any trouble with the tenant, hope he will also not call the agent to intervene?
The truth is that the additional fees are for the professionals he engaged or how does he intend to pay for the services of the Agent that brought the tenant and the lawyer that will prepare the agreement? The caution deposit is for a security that the landlord will keep to be refunded whenever the tenant is moving out if nothing is damaged.
I am a Covenant University graduate. Some years ago during my 200L I enrolled for a course themed "CHM212: Physical Chemistry". After the semester end, half of the class failed the course miserably. So we retook the course in 300 Level as a "carryover", then I failed this course again. Then in 400L I enrolled for this course again.
This time around I read severely for the course because a failure would amount to an extra year. But when I got to the exam hall and opened the questions, much of it looked like Arabic to me. I couldn't even make sense of what the question was talk more of what the answers could be. Beyond writing my name, I could only attempt a few questions.
Looking around I could see how the 200 level Chemistry students where flipping papers. I could only curse my own department for making us enroll to Chemistry courses that were of little relevance to my department. To make things worse, some of these 200 level students where requesting for extra papers and I was wondering why anyone would need extra papers.
From afar it was clear that my 400L class mates also retaking the course where equally in disarray. One was sweating under AC, the other had that look - you know that look of a clueless person who was certain of failure and the last was making unsuccessful attempts to 'giraffe' another student. Some minutes later, some people started submitting scripts, then the principal supervisor declared 10 minutes more for the rest of us.
The moment she made that declaration, it was as though the reality of an extra year came blaring at my face. I could feel tension surging down my body from neck down and then my muscles contracted. Two seconds before, I was now certain I was going to have an ejaculation. I immediately held my head and pretended as though I was having a painful headache as one or two people looked my way wondering why I had a 'squirting face' and was in apparent discomfort.
After the ejaculation I felt peace of mind. So I immediately stood up and dashed towards the exit with my almost blank papers in hand covering my groin. I submitted and ran back to my hostel room before anyone could notice any wet spurt on my tros. I changed over and ran back to Chapel begging God for even a D so I can graduate.
Glory to God, when the results came out I had a D - which is the minimum grade you could evade a carryover/extra year at CU.
But till today I wonder why and how I could have had that disgustingly embarrassing experience. I would be grateful if Doctors or Biologist could explain why such a thing would happen to me at an examination. I would like to know if anyone has experienced anything remotely close to that. Thank you for your time
I experienced it too once, during an exam. I think it is a way your physiology handles your biological pressure. You experience calmness when it is triggered. Ejaculating might be better than stroke.

If he decided to carry nepotism on his head like buhari, then he should be proud of it and not trying to deceive anybody
Come out with your full chest and say "yes I am proud to engage more of yorubas in my government " heaven won't fall.
This country has never been and will never be one. So let's continue with the turn by turn nepotism. Why hiding it.
None of my business though. Even those zombies defending him, we all are in the same boat. None of family or relatives are part of the government
If the Yoruba are categorised as north, then they deserve it, except they want to realign the categorisation. You can't be counting them only during election.

Truth Na truth Na, no matter who is saying it. A criminal speaking the truth doesn't invalidate the truth he spoke even when you doubt due to his life style
The Chairman of the senate committee on ethics Neda Imasuen has come under fire and strong criticism over the bad state of the road that leads to his house.
Meanwhile, Mr Imasuen, as chairperson of the Senate ethics committee, he was involved in the recent suspension of the Kogi Central senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, who accused the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, of sexual harassment.
After receiving a report from the Mr Imasuen-led committee, the Senate presided over by Mr Akpabio, suspended Mrs Akpoti-Uduaghan for six months over alleged misconduct and refusal to comply with the chambers’ sitting arrangement during the plenary session on 20 February.
Mr Akpabio referred the senator’s sexual harassment petition to the Senate ethics committee. The chairperson of the committee, Mr Imasuen, ruled that the petition was “dead on arrival” and would not be entertained by the Senate.
Therefore, netizens called on him to urgently fix the road in fulfilling promises made to the electorates.
If una give that money for the road, e fit chop am with the kind accusations I see online.
Yoruba language has so many dialects, but a true Yoruba will easily decode any of these dialects.
Yorubas are decoding Yoruboid dialects among Igala folks.
Ga, Fon and Adangbe of Ghana speaks different dialects of Yoruba and people like us still understand.
I am Okun and I am 100% Yoruba. Apart from the fact that I have a full understanding of my lineage and bloodline, I do not need the validation of ignorant folks who think the great Yoruba race are limited to only the South West of Nigeria..
We even have the Yoruba Ajase who migrated from Ancient Ile Ife to the present day Benin Republic.. They are not even Nigerians.. They are even more Yoruba than some Yorubas of the South West who are more Arabic or European in their worldview compared to these non-Nigerian Yorubas who are more culturally grounded.. Same way we have Yoruba Anagos in the Gambia and Togo who are not even Nigerians..
What you are saying is similar to an indigenous Hausa man who hails from Mali or Ghana waiting for the Hausa man in Northern Nigeria to validate him as a Hausa man because he thinks the indigenous Hausa man can only be found in the Northern region of Nigeria.
You should be the one apologising to the general public for displaying an incredible amount of ignorance in the public space.
Having a dialect doesn't mean one do not belong to an ethnic group, eg, ijebu, egba, awori, ijesha, ondo, etc, has their dialect that you won't even get any idea when communicating around you, yet they are Yorubas.
NB: I'm not saying the Okuns are or are not Yoruba, I don't really know much about Kogi, just aware that there are some Yorubas there

lol... Who and who are the yoruba people that are yet to accept us....d only issue is that we are not in the west.... That's d only issue... I don't need any endorsement from any ooni... I have my own Olu and we speak Yoruba and have Yoruba names and culture
Just like some ethnic groups in Delta State but that does make them Yoruba sir.
The Okuns(A Yoruba sub-ethnic group) have their own own dialect same way other Yoruba sub-ethnic groups like the Ijebus, Egbas, Ekitis, Ijesas have theirs.. A dialect is a genre of a language.. If you go to England, different parts have their own dialects same way the Enugu dialect of the Igbos might be different from Anambra people..
It does not invalidate the fact that the Okuns migrated from ancient Ile-Ife just like most Yoruba sub-ethnic groups to the present day Kogi State. In fact, there is a town called Iffe(coined from the word Ile-Ife but spelt with the double "f"...) in Okun land. Please stop displaying your ignorance in the public space.
I partially agree with you with the language thing. I am from Ife in Kogi (different from Iffe you mentioned). But note that all you wrote has not validated Okun as yoruba. We definitely have a link with yoruba like many other ethnic group within and outside Kogi but that doesn't make them Yoruba. Note finally that Okun are yet to be formally accepted by Yoruba land as Yoruba. Some group in Okun are agitating for the inclusion.
Please withdraw your statement labelling me as ignorant sir.

oga, ekiti, ondo, Ijebu etc all have their dialect and they are Yoruba.... Oga na u no knw anything.... I'm also okun... Ijumu local government to be precised.... So nothing u wan tell me about my region
If you are Okun as you claimed, are you aware that the Yoruba people are yet to accept Okun as Yoruba, their was a meet with Oni of Ife last year(2024) in that regards. I might not be saying the truth so do small research and know more.

Kwara is 90% Yoruba and I challenge anyone to tackle me on dis, kogi has a majority Yoruba tribe in the west, Dino melaye, smart adeyemi, deji adeyanju, and abiodun faleke, are all from dis region..... North-Central zones has a lot of diversity in of language as many tribes fall into dis zones..... It amazes me that instead of looking at competence in 2025,some people are still playing regional politics.....
I am from Kogi(Okun), this people have their dialect other than yoruba. You know nothing sir.
This is all I came to check. I wanted to know if na only me found her unattractive. She is lucky but she doesn't know. Some men won't even at her side for a minute. Any bottled water......Her doctor told her to stop drinking water from sachet...
That is the problem. Raising yourself with pure water is far better than the bottle water. Their are many people who take what is worse than pure water and they are doing great and get what! Their immune is far better than those drinking pure water and bottle. Don't be deceived by the West, they are envious of our immunity trust me. Some(many) western scientists are working on Africa gene. Some of them are studying the benefit and application to humanity while other are trying to use it for political gain by suppressing it and subduing us with it. I won't say more but you can use your tongue to count your teeth.

This video has gotten a lot of people talking online. In the video, a supposedly sick man with a twisted mouth and closed eyes was brought in like a mannequin by some men in white. A man in a black suit then laid his hand on him, and the man suddenly fell to the ground. A few moments later, he woke up, spoke, and demonstrated his healing while the people cheered. Well, it's important to know that for anything called fake, there must have been an original.
Let me leave you to watch the full video, drop your thoughts in the comments.
