I would never write such from scratch unless I am releasing it as a package. Better to find a tested open source package for that.

You code the wallet facilities and integrate it to a payment gateway with an input form that accepts the amounts you might have specified

Its not really difficult and the fact that you don't know about it should tell u, you shouldn't be doing it at all... When you eventually decide to hire a pro, be sure not to hire someone who will code something that's not secure

The $100m Facebook grant will be shared among multiple business and infact there are over 30,000 business or so that can qualify when Facebook announced the grant last year.

So these EscrowLock guys will get the cash & ad grant not even up to $10k at maximum but this report made it look like it’s $100m for a single company.

Imagine giving $100m each to 30,000 small businesses, how much is even Zuckerberg worth to start with?

In the USA here I think the grant is $4000 for small businesses ($2500 in cash and $1500 in optional ad credits). I don’t know the actual amount for Africa.

I felt the way you do now... I've been using deg sites with WordPress for 5 years now, I had always tried to learn programming but it felt like an honest waste of time

Learning things that doesn't seem to feel useful, isn't encouraging at all, that's why u have to think long-term cos the truth is that it would remain that way for a while

Might feel quite hard to judge your progress because of it, but the truth is that it's just like learning any language... Once you are able to understand it, and speak a little bit, everything would start to seem a whole lot easier (atleast it was for me)

The bitter truth is that you have to keep learning and trying out projects that you can handle with your current knowledge (don't take on anything too advanced or you won't finish it)

What made me eventually master it was I took on jobs that were way above my skill level, I had been learning JS and stopping for over 3 years and it reached a point where I knew alot of the syntax and concepts and all that remained was the programming mindset (knowing how to write code to solve the problems you need to solve)

Bro my best advice to you is that regardless of what the idea is try and get a MVP for it first, before you do that hire a UI/UX designer to work on the design and learn a little Adobe XD to brush up the design to what you have in mind.

Everything I mentioned up can cost as much as 50k+ if u use cheap freelancers on fiverr, but that's the best way to get started with your idea and to properly present it to potential investors

Lemme give u the best advice u can get online... There is no direction, majority of those courses are for people who atleast know one or two things.

Learn Linux and try out some scripts, web security, app bounties and networking. Pick any of the topic and master them.

Then you can be rest assured that you are on your way to starting a wonderful career
