Now they can't try it with APC

Na so, and Yoruba kept quiet at the time, so others need to be quiet now, though president Tinubu has been fair to all Nigerians and will never marginalize any region like the past presidents did to Yoruba.
Burob:
nothing new, na so that time under Jonathan Ebele, all the top spots for the Niger Delta region were given to the Ijaws, ek Clark was on top of the world then.

Yoruba names are fast becoming the go-to for ibos.
Ifeyinwa is a nice name, but they should have given her one ibo name.

You can imagine all you want, but that’s you, what you can do and only your own reality, it has nothing to do with president Tinubu.

If not for gid fatherizm he would do much better than his doing now. Imagine how much tinubu is putting in his pocket as the god father.

There was no time in the history of Nigeria that govt policies put 3 square meals a day on citizens table. Your fathers in politics stole, others worked hard and still complained about the economy. Today the youth want the best of everything while being lazy as sloth. Economic crash is global, but some saved for the rainy season while Nigeria blew its own and burrowed . Mismanagement of Nigeria’s wealth and lazy youths are what is responsible for where Nigeria is today and it will never be fixed cos what can fix it will never be agreed on.
onuman:

The true enemies of Nigeria are those whose policies deprive you three square meals a day, deprive you common electricity, deprive you health care facilities, and worse, cannot stop the Islamic terrorists in Nigeria.

President Tinubu needs to start meeting with Yoruba separatists and other groups now, Nigeria is going to hell in a hand basket, law & order is breaking down. Let every group ask for what they need, Yoruba just want out of Nigeria.
ycat: 4:44am On May 11
Treason is the word you’re looking for, and the fact that he hasn’t been arrested shows that Nigeria won’t survive. Law & order is broken down.
DeLaRue:
You can't declare a shadow cabinet in a Presidential system of government.

In a Presidential system of government, you are effectively declaring an alternative government, and setting a terrible precedent which can lead to chaos.

Next thing, you'll have this being replicated at State level by some other people.

This man knows exactly what he's doing. He is trying to create anarchy. He wants to be arrested for treason so he can raise his profile and claim he is fighting for the people.

Must the words 'shadow cabinet' appear in the name of the organisation you're setting up.

Could he try this under a past military government He would not even try it with a President of Northern extraction. Where was he during Mr Buhari's government.

If you don't like a government, fine. Oppose it, but do so responsibly, without trying to forment chaos.

To make matters worse, Mr Utomi has a very poor record of managing anything. He was MD of Volkswagen Nigeria, but he ran the company aground. Yet, you see him everywhere pontificating like he is the only one who knows the solution to Nigeria's problems.

Great points, thanks!
Hamachi:
Your concerns highlight the complexities of cultural identity, economic empowerment, and food security. Here's another perspective:

Factors Affecting Yoruba Youths' Participation in Farming

1. Urbanization and cultural shift: Many Yoruba youths have migrated to urban areas, adopting city lifestyles and abandoning traditional farming practices.
2. Lack of interest and skills: Farming requires specialized knowledge and skills, which may not be ed down to younger generations due to changing cultural values.
3. Economic constraints: Starting a farm requires significant investment in land, equipment, and labor, which can be a barrier for unemployed youths.
4. Competition from migrant farmers: The influx of migrant farmers from other regions, like Hausa farmers, can create competition for local youths.

Addressing the Issue

1. Cultural revitalization: Encourage Yoruba youths to reconnect with their cultural heritage and traditional farming practices.
2. Agricultural training and : Provide training, resources, and mentorship programs to help Yoruba youths develop farming skills and start their own farms.
3. Economic empowerment: Offer financial assistance, loans, or grants to young farmers in accessing land, equipment, and labor.
4. Community engagement: Foster community involvement in promoting local food systems, ing young farmers, and celebrating traditional farming practices.

The Bread Example

The phenomenon of foreigners baking traditional Yoruba bread can be attributed to various factors, including:

1. Globalization and market demand: The increasing demand for traditional bread has created opportunities for entrepreneurs from other regions to fill the gap.
2. Lack of local capacity: Insufficient local baking infrastructure, skills, and investment may have contributed to the dominance of foreign bakers.
3. Cultural exchange and adaptation: The presence of foreign bakers can also be seen as a natural consequence of cultural exchange and adaptation.

To address concerns about food security and cultural preservation, initiatives like:

1. Local baking training programs: Establish training programs to teach Yoruba youths traditional baking skills.
2. for local bakeries: Provide resources and for local bakeries to compete with foreign-owned businesses.
3. Promotion of traditional food systems: Encourage the consumption and celebration of traditional Yoruba foods, including bread.

By addressing these complex issues through a multifaceted approach, it's possible to empower Yoruba youths, promote cultural preservation, and ensure food security.

Thank God! Finally a president that’s performing.

While past presidents in the midst of plenty couldn’t rub 2 kobo together, and still burrowed to their eyeballs. We now have an outstanding president though pinching coins, is breaking down barriers to solve what was infeasible to the past presidents that had a lot of money at their disposal.

Good to have a well educated and trained president, God bless president Tinubu.

They see what Nigerians do to each other on social media and don’t want people like that in their country. You can’t behave like people with no dignity and expect to be treated differently. Only Nigerians are treated this way, expect more countries to do the same.

Fool, you didn’t know that the judge was Yoruba before you started the fight, or it’s just your usual loser’s pitch of blaming everything that’s wrong in your miserable life on Yoruba?

If Portable that looks like a tripod with a missing leg can beat you, then you’re really a sorry ass excuse of a loser.
