I finally WON the Dispute I opened for a FULL Refund on the Umudigi A7s screen.

I got a message that My refund is processing.

I have two questions to ask:
(1.)How do I get the refund? Will it be credited to the debit card I used in making the transaction?

(2.) What exchange rate will be used by AliExpress in making the refund conversion?

AliExpress suggested a full refund and I accepted, but the seller rejected it.

They suggested it the second time, and I accepted...seller still rejected.

So am waiting for their final decision

Honestly I'm not sure many people here can tell except they are phone engineers per chance.

I think since you now have better and stronger reason for dispute (better than the initial complaint that the screen didn't power on), yiu should just make a video and file a dispute. Then search again for other sellers who have it in stock and go thru the comments to see how people rate the screen purchased from them to make sure the ratings are positive. Then hope that your new purchase will equally come out as good.

You mean "software" has no relationship with the screen (hardware), so it should work without any update if it was good, right?
