I ve never seen men stupid like blackaxe men as in stupidity runs in them but claim to be wise. They will even be announcing themselves amongst crowd that one fool was arrested and still have the mouth to be saying “ have elders” like anyone cares about some bunch of touts.

Maybe you're right or no. Nevertheless that's why it's called DEVELOPMENT. It takes gradual process for everything to fall in place.
Land always appreciate however.

and when will it appreciate, in 100years time? Anyways you are selling your market.

Unless nigeria police do the work that’s when you get excuses but if they really want to work even a dead phone number they can track it, they have the technology but too much corruption.

My amiable president is trying, he'll surely take us there. Nigerians calm down, we will laugh last. Hold me responsible if Asiwaju fails.
then what does he need 500bn for , what palliative does he intend to dispense with that amount.
visaclick: 12:04pm On Jul 13, 2023
And that technology cost tax payers 200bn.

Sometimes i feel like crying for nigeria, what did we do wrong to deserve these kind of leaders.

And they can’t pay subsidies but have a whopping 500b to spend on palliatives. Tinubu has already earned himself as the worse president in nigeria and its not even up to one month in office. First president to inflict proverty on its citizens in less than 24hours of assuming office.

He’s trying to keep the companies afloat and not render you unemployed thus adjusting to the price hike so what don’t you approach him and share your concerns with what he’s facing and appeal to him instead of this.

I have to say this billing and most particularly the self entitlement of nigerians is becoming too much. If i tell you that i can’t open my facebook, instagram and my 2 whatsapp now because of online beggars now most especially the ones that think they know you? Some will just ask you and before you can respond they will immediately drop their number and start using reverse psychology. Did i ask you to vote for tinubu??

I usually tell people that too many high rise building in Nigeria are not safe, especially the ones built by individuals.
Many will still fall in the future an people will be killed. You can't go and hire anyhow engineer to build a house for you and expect it to stand the test of time.
i will only agree with you in the instance of funding but talking about quality, individuals can as well raise a high rise but our problem in this part of the world is funding. Individuals knows the risk attached to construction but still choose to use quacks, why? Because somehow they feel they can save more by not using real engineers. If well trained engineers still makes mistakes how much more a quack.
Here in nairaland it is the same problem, they will do a self supervised project and come to property section to ask questions on what to do next instead of hiring an engineer.
visaclick: 9:15am On Jul 04, 2023
No one needs to act suprised. I met a man saying “why is that engineer still broke” you sho worry less about an engineer being broke and more about the consequences because you will have alot of building falling down because quacks are now incharge.

You can just imagine the manner of greed in nigerians. He’s even telling with boldness, so an ordinary mini flat in mainland is what you are charging over 1.2m for ? When it’s not even a 2bedroom

if all these are enforced it will really be a good development because i ve been scammed 3times at alaba, from buying ac to buying tv and all the 3times they got away with it coz no audio or video evidences. See below thr guy that scammed me 80k. So that camera part and no selling on the streets will reduce the scams happening there.

I had this conversation with a friend and I can't say it any louder, subsidy removal is the biggest shortchanged the Nigerian masses have endured. And to think we took it lying down is really baffling.
What then is our benefit as Nigerians being an oil producing state? The arguement that it benefits cabals or neighbouring countries is really dumb cos I wonder why we can't plug these holes.
In UK, we have several subsidies: Energy subsidy through the winter, council tax holidays, help to buy scheme for mortgage, furlough scheme among others, same with other western nations, yet we allow IMF to dictate how we run our economy. The thing really vex me cos all my folks in naija are really having it rough
see eh am seriously supprised and shocked that no one is protesting at this subsidy removal. Like seriously? Fuel from 180 to 600, people are dying on the streets, the proverty level has tripped and everyone is acting like nothing is happening. The same leaders we ve paid outrageous salaries and benefits for years and in turn telling us there were loopholes in the jobs were hired them to fixed! Why are they now being paid?
