Lol,calm down,many people here prolly didn't use the form A. But I think your best deal is to go to the tax clearance office and get ur TCC(send your mom). Pay an amount to get it(it will depend on your dialogue power) or try using your mom's own if it will work. I'm sorry you ain't getting the answer you need.

I don't think TCC is gotten as per student,it's basically what shows you pay tax,so they are expecting that you work,one benefit of the form A is for Nigerian tax payers. If you don't have it,go to a tax office n ask for it,it's bout 150-250k. If you have the money u want to transfer to your school in a tax payer's acct already,kindly beg them to go to tax office and get their TCC,it should cost 50k for those who genuinely pay tax(cos the company name will be under tax payers list in the state where they work). P.S,this is what I was told when I did mine ooh,I may be wrong. And I'm not saying you should transfer the cash from the acct you used in initiating the formA ooh,it's a little too late for that. But if you have it in an acct of someone who pays tax,beckon on them to go get the cert from tax office. Also wait for others to contribute.

I am not sure I understand what the (a) question is,but here is to the (b) and others

10. Land property documents were the deeds of covenyance(majorly) and a few land survey documents signed and dated by a surveyor. Vehicle ownership documents(the one that carries the name and amount it was sold for) and the pictures,bodly showing the reg number. For the houses,the pictures of the houses, tenancy agreement,rental receipts and dates the rents were paid.
14. Pension acct here is the acct he receives his pension fund. And this happened to be his savings .(I quoted it twice) but it is the we presented as Proof of fund n another one with lump sum(current acct)
* Document submitted was just his pension I.D card. It is a very renowned company,so I didn't have to do much.
15. A Gift deed document that showed my sponsor transferring the said building to me that carried the seal and signature of an attorney. The transferor and transferee will sign.
19. Anything related to school,original cert,transcript,nysc cert,cv
20. Asides CAC,took pictures of the place,the customers there present,the cash amount that was handed over to the cashier and general picture of everything that happened there. I literally snapped my sponsor counting cash,the market women carry their goods and their means of transportation. I hope I answered you well enough?

See, the MBS replaces the bank statement you collect from bank in hard copy. You will submit it with other documents during your application

MBS= my bank statement
Go to your bank and tell them to send it to the embassy (Nigerian) for you. They will give you a slip that has code and . The V.O can Access your bank statement with it.( Only the dates that you fill in and want him to see)

I used MBs, I felt this would prove authentic,so they wouldn't have to check. I took out 10million from the acct 1week after I submitted.

Okay,It's PPR alert guys!!! So in May 3rd 2023,my first visa application was refused,I used an agent. So in June 2023,part 22 of this thread,I came here to get ways to tackle the V.Os concern and so many people responded,but I specifically thank Zubireta and Francophone who I personally ed and they gave me advice on how to tackle it. I also used help from people outside this forum and submitted again Sept 22nd 2023..... Been waiting since then,and bout an hour ago, Boom!! I sincerely want to appreciate Zubireta, francophone n all who gave me suggestions on that day,may God bless you big for me. I did it myself this time,wrote my SOP from what I was told to do and from Segun(God bless you bro) and PRAYED tirelessly for 2months. Omo!!! God is faithful Frfr. About the home ties, I think listing them will not only be enough but showing proof like birth certificates, ID's, pictures and so on.

To increase your chances, obtain an employment letter from your father affirming that a job is reserved for you in his company. This will significantly enhance your ties to your home country and would convince them you will return home.

Additionally, it's advisable to provide your payslip as you mentioned that you are currently employed, along with your personal bank statement. Even if the balance is not substantial, the visa officer may be interested in observing the regular salary deposits into your . It's not crucial to worry about your balance since you are not the sponsor.

The insufficiency of funds could be associated with the credibility of your financial situation, such as the absence of a payslip, rather than the visa officer not seeing your sponsor's 15 million.

I would typically advise you get your GCMS note but the from the VO are quite clear. However, you should initiate the GCMS note request while addressing the issues raised.

Even if you are working in your father's company, you should have declared it, and its a plus for you.

Secondly, do CAC for your father's company and claim that you work there.

That business alone is your strong home tie, because you are taking over the business after your study.

How can I now claim the said fast growing farm is my father's business(something I didn't state initially)?. And won't doing CAC document now be an issue?

Think the biggest economic home tie you can use is saying you are coming back after the program to manage the farm that your dad has retired from work after working for 35years, settled into the fair business and having managed it for years, wants to retire from the farm business and hand over the mantle to you.
If you can provide receipts, invoices, waybills etc of many years back, that will stand as evidence the business has been in operations for years even without a cac doc.

Your dad will still be your home ties, also you will use your Dad estates as your ties that you are managing those assets currently and we will make up evidence to back this up by showing where you signed off rental receipts issued to tenants, rental increment notice and repairs on assets. This is from my own personal experience in my application. So you will look forward to returning to those roles after your study.

Then you will have to work out your employment letter, payslips etc. Then finally rework and repackage your sop

Well,thanks for the response. My dad owns a farm that fetches him millions monthly,tho he has no CAC document. He also has estates that equally fetch him money quarterly or yearly. He also worked in the oil and gas sector for 35years with good pension payment. I haven't been working in my field after graduation (engineering),just doing business and I can not say I have any money in my acct to show for 4-6months as savings,cos I basically use the money to do other stuffs. I did explain all I had to on my SOP,guess it didn't do much. I only submitted work recommendation letter and nothing more, perhaps I should have added more or something. Anyhow sha,I appreciate your comment,but I think what I really need right now is a way I can tackle the V.O's concern. As for receipts and documents as per my dad's source of funds,we can tender that(of cos excluding the CAC,cos he doesn't have). And I think the prove of fund is due to my total tuition of bout 20 something million,so probably will top it. I'm most concerned bout how to tackle the employement proof and hometies+ the doubt the V.O has concerning my return. I'll be most grateful if u can proffer solutions. Thanks
