I get your drift, but what is wrong in showing extra commitment to the 2017 set by releasing the list and advising when award of scholarship will be processed pending the settling of past shortfall. Should there be an issue with that? My friend this is already December the first set of intakes for the coming year commences in January and I am sure the NDDC management is fully aware of this so what stops them from making an extra commitment if the process isn't already jeopardised.

I want to believe you did use of English during your bsc studies. Please, be guided appropriately.

This your 'you wanna' is not ideal for official applications, i want to believe you did use of English language during your Bsc studies. Pls be guided appropriately, cos you might be asked to write a statement of purpose or letter of motivation and this your "you wanna" slang will spell so much doom for you and portray a different message to them.

Moreover go through the program webpage to read the requirements thoroughly before sending any application. try and go through the previous threads on german student visa issues. Its a goldmine of information you really need. As for the language requirements, you need to send an email to the program director so as get better details but not with this your "you wanna" pls. You need to spend quality time to do your own research about different schools who still offer your desired program of choice or some other related courses, reasons are German universities sabi deny ission wella even if you reach their stated requirements, cos you are not the only one applying. please I opened my DB last year when it was still €8090. I was only able to €2000. The DB amount is now €8800. last week, I funded €7100 to make my total deposit to be €9100. I wanted to clarify whether I have to send DB supplementary form through courier to DB, or I should keep waiting for the confirmation, since I haven't received it till now. I did my Interview early this month and I'm just waiting to send embassy the confirmation upon receipt.

Please, I have this challenge and I don't really know what to do. My Waec certificate and first degree certificate are at German embassy or probably in now, and I was shortlisted for the interview. Between using a certified copy of both and going with my neco result and statement of result to replace both, which is better and more advisable.
