bedfordng: press hold volume up button and then power together.it will enter recovery mode.use volume key to scroll and select factory wipe data reset using menu key or home button,then select yes to factory reset it.hope it helps

no I didn't. Just root it and start using it and I dnt even install any custom rom. Pls wat can I do

again and decided to apply font
through ifont, the phone reboots
and stop at the tecno animation
logo. I have tried the recovery
and hard reset but nothing

I tried to play music on my phone and i discovered there was no music in the folder on the memory card. I checked the size of the folder:0kb; and i checked the memory status, and i found the exact memory used up with no music file on the memory card. Pls what can be done? Thanks in advance
