5. businesses (Infrastructure, telecom) that will spring up along that corridor

In of fixing the existing roads, hasn't that been done for the past 30yrs or more (I'm speaking for myself who has been plying those routes since the 90's)...and what has the impact been? What percentage of the Federal road is bad? Is the existing Federal route over-burdened and cartels using the annual repairs to continually cash out?
FG is re-strategizing so States can take up more revenue generating activities and stop dependence on allocation.

I have also travelled all the major roads in Nigeria. The Coastal road is a welcome economic boost if you consider the ease of logistics it brings to the Southern corridor of Nigeria.

Additionally, all the State roads where most kidnapping occurs would be reduced drastically.

Finally, at the moment the road is generating big businesses for those who key into it.

If you ed your SIM at an MTN office, the likelihood of this error coming from them is minimal (I know this because I trained MTN staff and agents on this for 2yrs over a decade ago), they would ask you to reconfirm the data input before .
If you did it by the roadside, then the margin of error increases.
Finally, the Customer is also part responsible sometimes since you're here talking about American date format.
