You didn't tell us how the 10pcs of 300w Solar s were connected. Wouldn't be surprised if issue is that charge controller.
There are charge controllers, though marked MPPT, would constantly cut-off when Sunlight comes out well, hence limiting the amount of juice going into the battery. Say dem write 60Amps, no mean say e correct. I would start from there.

Good afternoon experts in the house please I have the following solar set up and I just noticed my inverter hardly charge when during the day when there is sun. However, holds charge well when charged with nepa.

4kva microtek inverter (transformer based)
60A charge controller sunfield

Below is what’s coming from the controller 5A and the highest I’ve gotten recently is 10.5A
